Honestly, for the price offered, this apartment was an absolute steal! My family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during autumn. The weather was a bit chilly, but the single air conditioner installed in the living room was sufficient to keep us comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, making it very convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of food courts nearby, along with a variety of dining options to suit all tastes. Very close to 7/11 and mart as well. Getting to Melbourne Central was easy too; it only took two tram rides. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Both the beds and bathrooms were spotless, and all essential amenities were provided. Kitchenware such as spoons, forks, plates, and mugs were readily available, which made preparing simple meals easy. Coffee maker, tea and sugar were provided—great for morning brews. One of the highlights was the stunning city view from the 35th floor—it truly added a special touch to our stay! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was very helpful since check-in starts at 2 PM. However, it's worth noting that staff availability is limited to 5 PM. No daily cleaning service was provided during our stay—either because we didn’t request it or it’s just not there. Overall, this was a fantastic stay considering the price point. The combination of great location, and clean facilities made it a memorable experience for my family. If we visit Melbourne again for a holiday, we would definitely consider staying here again! 🤗Popular Facilities
