The room was neat and clean. There are no facilities like hair dryer. Have to ask for extra blankets. And the air conditioner smelled a bit when it started but they immediately came to check. 3 minutes walk to the beach 10 minutes walk to surfers.

A cozy place 100 meters from the white sands of surfers paradise. The apartment is very well equipped and it was shining when we arrived. From the balcony you can enjoy an amazing view and the outdoor pool provides a moment of relaxation when you come back from one of the visits or trips you can arrange. Judys welcome is very warm and all the staff are very kind and available to advise.

We were happy with the room. However, two things disturbed us. $200 deposit, cleaning and disposal of the rubbish bin. The bathroom needs renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its my new favorite spot, and i believe it will become my regular vacation spot. Amazing location! The views are breathtaking! The rooms are very comfortable, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The beach is a 1minute walk away, if that. There is also a pool and spa available. It feels like home.

The location of baronnet apartments was excellent, offering breathtaking ocean and hinterland views. Although we didnt have time to use them, the pool and spa seemed incredibly inviting. Due to limited rd parking, there is a visitor parking area. Additionally, there is safe and secure parking beneath the building. About a 2.5kilometer walk from broadbeach mall and 800 m from camill avenue. Beach access is a 50meter walk away and patrolled because the nearby northcliffe surf club is active. A wonderful, wellkept beach walk takes you for miles. The twobedroom unit was very spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and the sea breeze was amazing. The photos do not deceive and are true to the real apartment. Situated within walking distance of the centre of surfers paradise. Very pleasant indeed.

We will definitely be back, its great value for money and the manager, chris, was very easy and personable throughout our entire booking process. Loved everything about the place, the onebedroom apartment with ocean view on the 14th floor was absolutely fantastic, it had everything you needed, just a short walk from camill avenue so not in the midst of all the noise and chaos. There is only one road to cross to get to the beach, easy! Check in was smooth, late at night and everything ready with a simple phone call from reception. Parking is a breeze with allocated parking spaces so no need to worry where you will end up each time you return.

We had a great time at the baronnet apartments. The location was ideal for us. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It was simple to access the excellent amenities, such as the pool, spa, and bbq. The apartment was wellequipped, spotless, and had highquality furnishings. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I would definitely recommend and return. I wouldnt hesitate to start by saying that i dont write reviews. But given how wonderful our 5 days at baronett apartments were, i think it is only fair and right to break this rule. So what did we get? A spotless onebedroom apartment with clear uninterrupted sea views. Everything we could have wanted was there a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and obviously all the equipment needed to cook our own. Especially with a surf club across the street for cheap quick food. The new gc tram stops at the top of the block making access to surfers, Broadbeach, and main beach easy and simple. But it was the little things that really impressed i had foxtel, which was unexpected, saw whales every day, sunrises over the ocean, and the beach right in front of us! The free allocated parking beneath was another surprise that was appreciated. The management team was very helpful and answered all our questions. But the best part for me was the price, amazing given that school holidays had already started. Having stayed in so many apartments during our holiday in qld, i can honestly say that other owners could learn how to do apartments the right way.

Saya akan menginap di sini lagi jika saya kembali ke Gold Coast. Anda harus berjalan sekitar 1 kilometer ke supermarket, tetapi menyenangkan berjalan-jalan di sepanjang pantai. Senang rasanya bisa melihat Samudera Pasifik secara langsung karena tidak ada bangunan yang menghalanginya. Saya ditempatkan di lantai atas, jadi pemandangan dari jendela sangat bagus. Saya memilih 2 kamar tidur dan 2 kamar mandi, dan keluarga saya yang terdiri dari 3 orang dapat menggunakan ruang tersebut dengan baik. The room was spacious. The staff was amazing. The view was beautiful from my window. Unfortunately there is a rule to clean all trash, so it took a bit longer before check out. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the back gate to the tram station.

From the balcony of the baronnet apartments, you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views. The spacious rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and the foxtel tv provide a convenient access to the beach. The swimming pool and spa are stunning, and access to the area is easy with covered parking provided. The managers are exceptional, including judy, jeff, and chris.

We stayed in a onebedroom apartment at baronnet for 8 nights. We were very satisfied with our room. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Renee and france at reception were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be returning guests.

It's quite convenient as 5 minutes walk from the back gate to the tram station. The room is large, and the staffs are also very friendly. But the rule is that you must clean all your trash. So, it takes a while to check in.

Located in a great location close to the tram station. Very spacious room. The best staff. The good thing is that they have a good view from my window. Unfortunately, the rule is that all trash must be cleaned before check out, so the time it took for check out was a little longer.

A short distance from the beach, in a fantastic location. We appreciate the location, which is a little further away from the city center and less busy than the main surfers paradise - cavill mall, shops, restaurants, etc., or you can take the nearby tram. The apartment is spacious, and i really appreciate the amenities such as a kitchen, washing machine, microwave, utensils, etc. Im not sure if this is a common feature in other hotels or apartments in the area.
