Our apartment was very spacious. Balcony had a nice view and you could sit there all day long. It‘s a bit noisy at night though because of all the ambulance cars driving by and we couldn‘t use the AC at all because there was a really strong smell when turning it on, so had to keep the doors open at night. The apartment offers a lot of amenities: washer & dryer, oven, dishwasher in the room; gym, outdoor pool and you can just sit on the rooftop with a great view. After-hour check-in was easy and we had a nice stay. Will be back whenever we‘re returning to Brisbane.

Clean, spacious room close to transport, cafes, restaurants and bars. Easy trip into the cbd on the bus or train. Reception friendly and helpful. Roof top area lovely for a bbq, views and a relax with a small group of friends.

We were on the 18th floor which had a great view. Apparent was very clean and nice set up. Location was great and close to Tivili and woolworths all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. And the lady on the front desk was lovely.

A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Parking is limited and subject to availability.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of service animals. Hotel should be informed in advance with supporting documents presented at check-in.
Secure undercover parking is available onsite starting from AUD 35 per night and is subject to availability with a maximum height of 2.2m. All vehicles must be registered in advance, as key cards will no longer grant access. Parking must be booked prior to check-in to ensure access, if you are arriving afterhours, please contact reception prior to arrival. Only 1 carpark per booking is permitted. Alternative local parking options are available on King Street.
The minimum age of guests to stay is 18 years if unaccompanied by an adult.
The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation, and guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, credit card, etc.) upon check-in.

If you would like add additional guest name on the booking, this request must be advised prior to day of arrival and the main guest needs to contact the property directly during Reception Office hours (Monday – Friday 07:30 AM – 07:00 PM / Saturday 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM / Sunday 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM).

If the guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.

The exterior of Belise Apartments is undergoing painting from Mar 2026 for approximately six months, weather permitting. Minor disruption is not anticipated; however, occasional construction noise may occur due to preparatory repairs. Thank you for your understanding.
