Took a chance booking this place based on pictures on Expedia and user reviews, knowing nothing about the place or area first hand. The apartment I had a 1 bed with kitchen, laundry spot and small living room area. Stayed for about a week. I didn't need any amenities along the way, so I can't comment about that service if someone would need it. Overall, everything was great. Clean, comfortable, etc. I asked for some extra towels on arrival which were waiting for me. Instructions that were sent ahead of time. Instructions sent ahead of time were helpful to get into the front door upon arrival with easy communication with the person overseeing things. They were able to allow me to check in very early in the morning without additional fees which was extremely nice. The area has tons of places to eat and very walkable. I did not have a car bit was told they had arrangements if I did. Two small things. 1. There was some construction on the bottom floor that was intermittently, very loud for a few minutes during a couple of the weekdays, which was a bit annoying things in the moment, but not too much to deal with in the bigger picture of my stay. 2. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment, which was in the bathroom, and it would have been good to have another one perhaps on a big empty wall in the bedroom. Aside from this, the stay was extremely good, with absolutely no significant concerns, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. To note for the interested tr

For the first time on our first trip to australia, this was a fantastic 8day lodging for us. Thermyhree. This hotel was chosen by my wife, me, and our son, and we all chose it. It was my wifes decision. She deserves all the credit for that. This is without a doubt the greatest location for visitors like us. The botanic will always be in our hearts. Probably, we will never forget it. The small verandah, dining room, and bedroom. The light train and central station are both within a 4-5minute walk. Because our apartment was so close to the central station, we didnt feel any tension whenever we left the city.

Modern, clean, spacious, nice balcony and very secure apartments. Beds were good, pillows were terrible. Bathrooms were good, kitchen was good and well equipped mugs were too small and exhaust fan didnt work! Couch needed to be bigger, wifi wasnt very good and blinds in the living room need to be blocked out, it was too light in the morning and difficult to watch tv during the day. Cafe downstairs was convenient, we didnt have a car so it was a hike to the train station, too long walk with the kids to scg and supermarkets and supermarkets were too far away on foot to buy too much!.

This property is in surry hills or on the Elizabeth street. It is conveniently located not too far from the bus stop and a short walk to the central station where you can catch the train and tram. If you use the citymapper app, you can use the bus that stops right in front of the apartment. Very easy to check in and out. The place is new and generally clean. Our unit has a full kitchen and washer, so it was perfect for our stay. And if you like the Miele brand home appliances, then you would like it here. Communication between us and the apartment manager could have been better. I called and received no response, neither did the manager answer my calls. So all communications had to be via email. Food options could be limited if you plan to eat out. The air conditioner works strangely, when we turned it on it it took some time to get cold, and when we turned it off, the whole apartment was very cold.

In late february, we spent five nights in a lovely twobedroom apartment. This apartment had a wonderful kitchen area that we didnt really use, was spotless, contemporary, roomy, quiet, and secure, and had lovely linens on the mattresses. The location of this apartment is excellent in a good area of the city a train station is nearby, and there are numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only small issue is that the wifi was out for 24 hours at one point. Also, a few future plans a wardrobe in the bedrooms and a drawer or dresser for storing clothes would be great additions. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay. 3 good sized bedrooms with very comfortable king sized beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property manager Suzanne was very helpful. Some very good restaurants and bakeries close by. Easy bus ride down to the harbour area. Highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is modern, clean and convenient. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 9 nights. It is a very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Its a home away from home. The only downside is that the apartment was only cleaned once during our 9 night stay. Maybe you could consider regular cleaning of the apartment.

Area sekitar akomodasi tenang dan terdapat supermarket dan minimarket. Selain itu, dibutuhkan sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki ke bus, trem, dan kereta bawah tanah! Dan akomodasinya bersih dan sangat bagus (pemandangan dari akomodasi).
