We had a family reunion with 24 people staying in 5 different apartments. The facilities were excellent (pool, bbq, games room) and was close to the beach and restaurants. Bruce, the building manager was very welcoming and efficient. We had a fantastic stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was a perfect space for all of us. The apartment was and open space aircon and looked over the pool area. Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to the beach. A great place for older teenagers to walk to beach,pool and shops together.

Great facilities, super close to broadbeach which had good restaurants and a supermarket. Hosts were lovely. Peaceful and accessible. Apartment suited our family needs well with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool was warm and never too busy.

Capricornia was in a great location. We left our car in the secure car park and walked to beach, shops, restaurants, conference centre. The apartment was spacious and we could self cater. the kitchen was well supplied. The well kept spa and pool were also appreciated.

Clean, comfortable and central. The apartment we stayed in had views of the water and plenty of crockery and utensils. We only stayed for two nights so it didn’t affect us but once initial toilet roll, garbage bags, tea towels etc need replacing their is an additional charge which wouldn’t be ideal in a longer stay.
