As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility.

I stayed in a 1 bed apartment which had its own ensuite. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Location was amazing, the room was really cosey with lots of natural light and views of Kirribilli’s beautiful tree lined streets. The bathroom was clean with a big shower. The bed was super comfy. This place is fantastic value for money, it’s not fancy or anything but it has its own charm. It’s perfect if you’re not going to spend a great deal of time in the apartment. Would stay there again!

This place is a waste. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep for a concert at Luna Park, which is why we booked here pretty easily walkable. Glad it wasnt too hot, as there was only a fan for circulation, and no fly screens to open windows and not get eaten by mozzie. No taps in the room as shared bathroom which scared me of touching the constantly water laden floors, but I guess we had a fridge. To be honest the place feels like a hostel for lonely old men.

A very basic but acceptable price and location only needed a place to put head till 4 am start as stated Very basic but clean and well-checked late key office no hassles toilet could use an upgrade a few more cups in the room would be good and maybe a fly screen on the window a child could easily get out window.

Cannot fault the staff and organisation of the property. We were able to check in very easily and over 2 hours early which was a great help. The bathroom shower was not the cleanest but the rest of the room was very clean. The only other thing was that the cleaning staff ignores the door sign and knocks to ask if you want it cleaned or when you are leaving. Check out is 10am but cleaning staff were knocking on the door for room service at 9.30am
