The location is perfect for attending an event or mcg. An easy walk into town - Fed qc, etc. Perfect for what we wanted and needed. Comfortable bed and good shower. Im hooked on tennis now, will look at booking again next year.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Affordable in a fantastic location with a comfortable bed. The place does appear to be a halfway house for drug addicts, and i would strongly advise against staying here if you have children.

I was pleasantly delighted by the spaciousness of the room and the views of the cbd. The walking distance to Richmond was ideal. There was parking at the rear, so i didnt have to worry about it. Easy access to my room via stairs or lift. Spacious, clean, fancy, and comfortable.

I was locked out of my apartment nearby was grateful that the comfort hotel had one room left to accommodate me. It was a busy weekend for elton john including other events so it was explained to me there was a price increase during this period. The room was clean, spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The staff were pleasant. I would recommend staying here if the room rate was lower, personally, for the venue / facilities it is overpriced ($300. No mattress protector on the mattress, just a bare sheet. The door was knocked on at 9.55 am for me to leave when i was about to leave! By the gentleman working the morning shift.

The rooms were average but comfortable, clean and quiet. Good for sleeping, comfortable kingsize bed, dark room at night, curtains blocking out the light. Would stay again because the location was convenient, close to the city and the surrounding area.

The location was also good for the event i went to, right across the tennis court and close to fitzroy garden. The room was clean and spacious, the staff at the front desk were amazing, they will help you with all your needs and answer all your questions. I will definitely stay here again when i come to Melbourne.

We will return. Excellent position in east Melbourne. The room was clean, had plenty of room, and was light and airy. A little worn out in certain areas, such as the window surrounds could be updated or the bathroom had exposed plumbing - but overall, it was a positive experience.

Ive stayed at this place twice so far, and its generally excellent. The staff and customers are very friendly, and the majority of amenities are also quite good! The shower is the only thing i will leave a negative review about. When i had a shower, the drain was clogged and overflowed while the water was running! It was repaired while i was there, but it came an hour or two late after i had my wash!.

Excellent location close to the cbd and fitzroy gardens. A tram station is also a 5minute stroll away. We were given a superior room with a king bed. The rooms could use some work the bathroom had paint peeling off and the sink was coming apart from the cabinets below, but overall, the room was fine. The king mattress was stable enough, it was hanging over the edge and sitting on two single bed ensembles. The service was also excellent, the staff was courteous and accommodating, and we had no trouble checking in or out and receiving an extra blanket.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and will do their best to accommodate you. The location is perfect. There are many great bars and restaurants nearby. Public transportation options are also great. There is a tram stop conveniently located near the hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. We had an event at the john cain arena which was a short uber ride away. The room is spacious, and we were satisfied with the room for an overnight stay. We werent sure about the free wifi, there was no password provided so maybe thats something you have to ask the host or reception.

The location is fantastic. Due to cleanliness, we reserved 3 rooms and requested to switch to 2 others. The staff was very accommodating in changing rooms for us. The parking lot is very limited and is located at the back of the motel. The photos do not accurately represent the hotels overall appearance.

Found this place as an airbnb listing while looking for pet friendly accommodation. The room looks as it does in the photos. Booked a room with a king bed and spa bath. The room was fairly clean but could use a bit more cleaning in the bathroom, especially the ceilings. The spa bath worked great though, very good water pressure. There is some noise during the day when people check out. They do allow late checkout for an extra $30. The only downside was the bed was not comfortable. We booked a king bed but it was actually 2 king single beds pushed together and one of the mattresses was more worn than the other i could feel the springs!. Also, the cafe on the ground floor is not actually open but there is tea and instant coffee in the rooms. Our pet enjoyed his stay.
