Amazing location - 5 Minute walk to Harbour town and approx 15 minutes from the theme parks. The pool, sauna and gym facilities were fantastic to use and we used them everyday. Parking onsite was easy to access and use and we had a large SUV. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen had a great set up with main amenities like toaster kettle and air fryer. Washing machine and dryer were in amazing condition and a clothes rack to hang out and dry clothes on. The deck had a lovely view you could sit out on, on an evening. The onsite operations manager was really lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this for families with young and older children.

We stayed at Mistral building inside quay apartments. We were given 3-bedrrom apartment even though we booked for a 2-bedroom apartment. Only downside was tha we didn’t have access to the pool and gym so wasn’t sure why and I personally didn’t chase it. Because our itinerary was fully packed and didn’t have anytime for the infouse pool. So no complaints. Overall experience was superb and wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Easy access to shops(harbour town premium outlets) and restaurants. Myself and my family enjoyed every bit of it

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionist was very kind and held my booking after my flight was delayed for 24 hrs. As i was there for 12 days, all my linen and bedding were changed midway through. Received a text to let me know when they would change them. Would stay here again
