STRICTLY NO PARTIES. ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE BOOKING ARE PERMITTED AT THE HOUSE. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED WITH THE OWNERS PRIOR TO BOOKING. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE AND NOT A VENUE FOR LARGE GATHERINGS. Please be respectful of our neighbours even though they are not too close to the house. Thanks for your cooperation.

No smoking inside the house. If you choose to smoke please do so away from the house and discard of your cigarette ends in the bin and not on the grass/gardens/paths. Thanks

We are pet friendly (dogs only, max 2) but expect our guests to clean up in the garden after their fur baby and not to allow them on furniture, beds or in carpeted areas. Any damage to the property or extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged for.

Please bring your own towels for the pool.
