Check in was easy process and parking was free, easy and secure. Friendly service. Appartment was clean and had a lovely view. Everything was within walking distance and easy to get to.

Check in and parking was easy. Friendly service. Parking was free which was definitely a plus. Room was clean and we had a lovely view. Dinner was easy and within walking distance.

We would surely return for a brief visit. Our family of five was pleasantly delighted by the two-bedroom apartment in which we stayed. It was a well-kept apartment and all the things were tidy. Excellent soundproofing, despite being in a busy area. Despite being on a first-in basis, secure parking is available onsite, but there is plenty of street parking if you're late. If we could, the kids' room didn't give much airflow when you closed the window, and since the air conditioner in that room didn't function there would have been better to have a fan nearby if necessary. Thank you for being fantastic hosts.

The room was spacious, spotless, and tidy. This apartment has an excellent position. If you want to explore Cairn's attractions, you can easily drive through the main roads, esplanade, and restaurants. The pool area is nice. Blackout curtains would be beneficial for bedrooms that face the Cairn Hospital.

Between March 2 and March 9, 2020, my buddy and I rented a two-bedroom apartment at the Reef Gate. The complex is about a 20-minute walk from the reef terminal and shops and is only 510 minutes from the airport. The amenities are excellent, including a nice shaded pool, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a nice shower, quality linens, and free internet! We had a lovely private patio on the ground floor. A clothes horse for hanging wet clothes is provided, as well as a washer and dryer. I cannot express enough how wonderful and helpful the manager, Michael, was. He was very helpful when we required assistance or had any questions. I'll stay at the Reef Gateway when I return to Cairn again.

We arrived early because Virgin changed our flight for the fourth time. The hotel was nice, the pool looked ok, the location was good, the unit smelled a little musky because not many people were staying due to cough but it wasn't far from the hospital, so if you need to stay for family medical purposes, the room was also clean.

The location is quite close to the center of Cairn. The cleanliness of the building is excellent. The parking space is also secure. This place is very comfortable and useful. Michael is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for that.
