This place is fantastic, and it is one of my favorites. There are always rooms that are roomy, welcoming, and welcoming. With a cozy atmosphere right in the heart of the city. You wouldnt even know that the entire cbd is right outside your door. Its fantastic.5.0/529 Dec 2019

The apartment is spacious and in a great location. However, it is not impeccably clean. I encountered issues with the dryer, and i had to call three times before it was rectified. It is also difficult to maneuver luggage into the hotel, as there are three steps, not a ramp.4.6/55 Sep 2024

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, with the tram stop right across the street and the crown complex just a 5minute walk away. I spent 5 days here in a 3bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and found it to be a comfortable stay, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was excellent with everything needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher. The apartment was clean, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer meant we didnt have to pack bags of dirty washing. There was plenty of space for the group of us in the lounge and dining area of the apartment, but the staircase into the apartment was a bit of a problem after spending the day walking around the city, tired legs.4.6/52 Jul 2024

We stayed in the apartment for new years eve and the location was perfect for us. The apartment itself, bedroom was good, large room, bathroom wasnt bad, needs updating. The lounge room was large but had a very small couch that only fit the two of us. If you had someone come, they would either sit on the floor or on one of the two chairs from the dining table. Check in is all staff free, picked up the key from a locker where you enter the code provided, checkout was done the same. It was a nice enough stay. 3 stars.4.6/529 Apr 2024

Nice place. Lots of family room laundry, dryer, conv oven, microwave, stove, offstreet parking if not too busy. There are only about 8 spots. Helpful staff inc cleaners. The main communal air conditioning didnt work properly on the hottest two days of the year, but the secondary in the main bedroom was sufficient. New years eve fireworks could have been seen better if there had been a proper noncovid show. Perfect view of the hourly flames at the casino after 9 pm. So close to everything.4.6/524 Apr 2024

The rooms are very spacious. I got a good deal on a 1 night stay. Not the most modern place, but still has everything we need. Great views. The train is loud, but i slept through them without any issues.4.6/59 Mar 2023

The room is nice. The safety is excellent because they have codes before you enter the lift. I hope the staff takes the time to read notes when we book the apartments. Because i needed an extension of my checkout. Which i wrote to them but they did not reply. And when i wanted to extend they said it was fully booked. Excellent apartments with fantastic city views. Our room was spotless, clean, and recently cleaned. The heating was not working, but the staff was quick to provide us with heaters for the following five days, which worked well. The location is very close to everything, and there is essentially a tram stop right outside the door. The area also felt safe at night. The good, bad, and ugly! The good thing is that it is close to southbank. The room was quiet in a busy area. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was nice and clean, although the bed was very firm. The bad and ugly is that the room smells musty, possibly due to poorly maintained carpet. The air conditioner didnt work so we were given a fan and a discount on our room. In summary, a dodgy area to stay and would not recommend it.4.2/518 May 2024

We stayed here with my family for one night in australia. Our apartment was on the 17th floor and had great views of the yarra. My kids loved seeing the flame show on southbank from so high. The apartment was very big and very good value for the money. It was very clean and had a real kitchen. The noise of the city was faint once the windows were closed no problem sleeping. Great location and when we come back to australia again we will definitely try to book here again. Best value ever.4.2/530 Jan 2023

We stayed on the 17th floor overlooking the river, the view was amazing, but there was some noise from the train lines. The room was reasonably clean, with only a bit of dust and cobwebs. The bed was very firm. The room was larger than expected with a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.2.8/56 Jun 2019
