Absolutely fantastic location for our stay in Brisbane. We loved how walkable it was and how central it was to so much in and around Brisbane. The size of the apartment was generous and made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.

In a nice quiet location. Pool was cold on a hot day. The bed was very comfortable. Quite roomy with being a bedroom place as opposed to a studio so from that point of view very good value. Close to CBD, Fortitude Valley the new Howard Smith Wharfs. Highly Recommended.

Booked 2 bedroom unit, the unit was really spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry. Easy car parking and central location. Room was clean. Hard with the reception being closed and only 1 key.

Great area! These apartments are half way inbetween the city and fortitude valley so if you feel like shopping, nightlife, going to a bar, the library etc you are close enough. Your only 5 minute walk from either train station as well as buses but far enough up the hill to be away from the traffic and noise. Super comfy bed, spacious kitchen and it was nice how they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and hangers for clothes. Good job! Only complaint would be the service - the welcoming email isn't very welcoming as it just mentions that price of things ($100 surcharge to stay past 10am a bit steep!) and noone instructed me what to do if i needed to check out before 9am so i just ended up leaving the keys in the room.

I arrived B4 14:00 Checkin, prepayment went through that morning, no fuss reception, took it upon herself & helped with my luggage up a short flight ... right next2 reception so checkin banter kept me entertained ... spent the arvo on delightful balcony in tropical dappled shade ... com4table sitting area, easy 2 oper8 TV, more than adequ8 kitchen, enough consumables in place 4 arrival coffee, Gr8 shower, good firm bed felt brand new ... fans throughout, outlook as if loc8ed in rainforest ... would make a good mid-week getaway 2 recharge & relax, stocked up on life’s little luxuries B4hand (cheese & cliquot).

Spring Hill Gardens was above my expectation as a 3.5 star facility. Check-in was a breeze, my room was bigger than I expected and the 2 balconies were a bonus, especially the large front balcony. It is a little further out of the CBD than I generally use, but for me it was still an easy walk to everything I needed. For the price, Spring Hill Gardens was great value for money.

We booked this so-called beautiful apartment via airing, but even though the location was good, this was a complete misrepresentation! We simply couldn't believe the location and management's filth. The pictures tell the story, from dust and dirt everywhere to fat spilling from the top of the microwave and used tissues and dirt behind the bedroom door. We honestly wish we could have walked out. We asked management if a cleaner could come and clean the floors at least, but they replied the nearest time was at 10 pm. They did, however, drop off two wine glasses because there were only two for a group of four of us staying. We paid 180$ for one night and would recommend you spend your money on accommodation elsewhere.

The worst thing that I ever do is I can't clean my apartment twice. The service from the reception staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large but the furniture is tired and dirty. My company put me up for over a month but the room is not cleaned once in a month. I need to change the linen once a week. I found that the room is spacious but the furniture is tired and dirty.

Veldig bra beliggenhet og god størrelse på leiligheten, men ikke så bra renhold. Det var støv overalt og flekker på veggene. Sofaene ble litt ubehagelige i lengden. Det er også en matbutikk 5 min unna, og det tok oss 15 min til sentrum. Ville kommet tilbake :-)
