I had a very recent stay here with a significant other and I have to say we had the time of our life! Carolyn and her husband were impeccable communicators, friendly, obliging and absolutely amazing. The facilities were beyond awesome, the pool and spa clean and fully accessible. Our two bedroom apartment was wonderfully cool when we walked in, the beds comfortable and generous, and we even enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We will not hesitate to stay there again and encourage others to do the same. Thank you!!!

I strongly recommend this place. Surfers chalet apartment number 14 was a fantastic place to stay! The location was excellent, directly across from the beach and a short walk into surfers, as well as being close to public transportation. The balcony offers stunning views of the water, it is impeccably clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the decor is superb, fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and i appreciated the option of two king beds or one that could be split into two singles. A large dining table was a delightful feature, allowing everyone to gather to eat together. The manager, caroline and garry, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the wellkept pool and gardens were wellmaintained.

We will definitely return. We stayed at number 14 aandb. Excellent apartment. Everything you need is provided. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Excellent air conditioning. Beautiful beach views. Good wifi and smart tv. 2 large bedrooms and 2 large shower rooms. Nice outdoor pool with a hot jacuzzi pool. The hosts, caroline and garry, were exceptional. Restaurants, activities, and discounts are available. Its very convenient for the tram to the town center or the Pacific fair mall.

I would recommend Surfers Cabin 100 times. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. Carolyn and Garry are very hardworking and great manager. Nothing was too much trouble.

When we walked in the door to checkin we were greeted with hearty welcome. During the checkin process we were shown all of the necessary areas to make our stay pleasant. When checking out were given a personal farewell.

This was a pleasant experience nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Steve and Sue Martin. The rooms were a bit dated but they were very clean and comfortable and had the facilities for making our own breakfast and tea and Coffee. It is well situated being close to the new tramway, surf club for dining and a short 10 minute walk into Surfers Paradise. We wish to thank Sue and Steve for their great hospitality. We would definitely be going back.

FEELS LIKE MY HOME AND STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND IT IS CLOSE TO SURF CLUB FOR DINE IN. NICE PLACE FOR RELAXING AND NICE VIEW OF THE BEACH THE HOTEL IS GREAT PLACE TO STAY ESPECIALLY WITH A FAMILY LIKE ME., I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL BECAUSE ITS GREAT FOR FAMILIES ESPECIALLY WITH THE KIDS I WILL COME BACK AGAIN NEXT TIME AND I GIVE MY GRATITUDE TO THE STAFF FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

A great hotel with very friendly and helpful managers. Stayed in a hotel suite that was perfect for our one night stay. Very close to the Northcliffe Surf Club for exceptional dining where Surfers Chalet recommended and offered a discount voucher to use for breakfast!
