The Health Lodge receptionist open 9am - 5pm Monday through Saturday and 10am - 2pm Sundays. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours, please let the property know in advance to arrange key collection instructions. If support is required out of hours for check in - please let the property know in advance so this can be arranged for you.Please note that check in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00.This property is strictly non-smoking throughout the rooms and grounds.Please note that this property does not accept Schoolies bookings.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
