Tropical Apartment with Pool Area

No towels or clothes are to be draped on the outside balconies. Please use the clothes airer provided.

The property is to be left clean and tidy, and all dishes placed in the sink or dishwasher if provided. Beds are to be stripped and all linen placed in the bath or shower recess. All rubbish is to be placed neatly in kitchen bin. - Respect Pool Rules always.

We have a very strict noise policy! No parties are allowed at the house under the Noosa Town Plan. You’re welcome to have dinner parties with the guests staying at the home however all outside gatherings MUST be taken inside by 10pm, music turned down and no swimming in the pool after this time or before 7am. As the home is in a residential area, we MUST respect our neighbours.

Neighbour Policy
Whilst enjoying your stay at this holiday property, we ask you and your guests to be mindful of the following policies requested by Noosa Shire Council:
Outdoor gatherings and music to be moved inside after 10pm
Music to be turned down to a respectable level indoors after 10pm
No swimming in the pool (if one provided) between 10pm - 7am

Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided.

Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not—
• detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the vicinity of the premises; or
• cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or
• display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour; yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise).

An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility.

Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance).

General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a waste container.

The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition.

We cannot accept bookings for schoolies or graduate gatherings
