The whole place has a great feel about it. The villa was clean and comfortable. Fantastic budget accommodation. A short walk to the beach and main street. It was really quiet and michelle was friendly and helpful.

We had a great time & so convenient to walk to beach, boardwalk, hike. Michelle (one of the owners) was so nice and very helpful when my son got a splinter stuck :) highly recommend :)

Stayed for three nights and four of us shared the cabin. Was definitely worth the price and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice but cheap place to stay at the beach. It's not flashy accommodation, so if you're after the marble floored bathroom this isn't for you. Kitchen does not have a stove, but there is a microwave and shops 20min walk (or 5min bus) away. Very comfortable beds and white towels are provided. For wifi you need to move around a bit on the property to figure out where it's best. Managed to have a somewhat coherent Skype conversation. For schoolies this is an alright place (that's why we were there), but don't host any parties on the property as the cabins are wall to wall and not sound proof. Also you will wake the sweet sleeping dog. Stella needs her rest.

I loved it here. It was a home away from home but with ocean views. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to many of the coast's tourist attractions. Will definitely stay there again.
