Julius 26: Duplex Apartment-Modern Charm in Vienna

1) Guests must verify their identity as there is a local law and we need to register them to the local authorities.
2) A refundable security deposit of €300 is required upon check-in. This can be paid via ChargeAutomation link and will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
3) Check in information will only be sent after receiving the registration form and the security deposit.
4) Night silence from 10pm until 8am.
5) No high heels inside the apartment
6) We charge 100 Euro for every lost key
7) Bookings without VERIFIED agoda profiles have to send a picture of their ID immediately after the booking.
8) No PARTIES no MUSIC:
This property has a device that can measure sound levels but does not record audio.
Noise decibel device is positioned in the common area of the apartment.
Above 73 noise decibel alarm (after a certain time) gets activated. Then someone from a security company will pass by to check on the situation. This "service" costs 400 euro. Touching the devices at the ceiling trigger the alarm as well!
There is 200 Euros penalty for parting in the apartment.
9) No smoking. neither at the apartment nor at the terraces! Fine for smoking is 150 Euro.
10) Stairway (outside the apartment) is video monitored
11) Only the booked number of people are allowed to enter the apartment. Additional guests are not permitted. In any special case, 20 Euro per night will be charged for the additional guest.
12) The forgotten belongings should be picked up within 6 months. They will be disposed of after 3 months.
13) Downstairs balcony door is damaged and closed for safety purpose. Please don't open the door.
