The pension is located in a lovely and picturesque location in lovely, well-kept surroundings with a lovely, wellkept garden, medium-sized covered pool, spa area with sauna and a nice indoor seating area, large gym given the property's capacity, which includes almost every instrument you might think of, looks very new, has a lovely dining area with a satisfying selection of traditional breakfasts, and offers a very friendly service. All are spotless and welcoming. The rooms we stayed in were three different rooms on the back side of the property, and they were quite tidy but significantly dark, and most of the furniture is old and outdated. The mattresses in some of the rooms are extremely hard and uncomfortable, the beds are noisy with movement, the blankets are heavy and unsuitable for the summer, pillows are broken in the middle and have lost their volume, there are no fans for the summer, and there are no fly screens on the windows, which is very necessary in a farm because there are many flies, particularly since there are cows on the site. Thus, there was no choice for fresh air in the rooms. On our final day of stay, we had an unpleasant dispute with the owner, Wolfgang, who misled us about the capacity of the rooms during the reservation period, months before our arrival, into thinking that the suite may only sleep up to four, and it actually sleeps six. This is a family run hotel and the service is great. Our meal was delicious for a light meal. Out of the way but close to everything.

My husband and I and our 2 children had a great stay here. Beautiful scenery with an amazing garden. The kids absolutely loved the goats, rabbits, playground and trampoline. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast offered a good selection. It was a short drive to mindset which was a lovely town. We enjoyed restaurants and alpenseebad.

The location is good, and the breakfast here is also good and the service here was good, so the room quality is good but not worth it with the location, but even there's no dinner menu, so I didn't like that.

We had scheduled to stay at this place for 3 nights but had to leave early because of all the snow on the road on the evening of our return journey back to the property after dinner, and ended up leaving the car and walking the last 1. He took me there. This was my first experience driving on snow. Learning curve. The owner was quite kind and took me to my car the next day and after I learned that you must get out low and increase your speed, I was able to climb the slope. The breakfast was excellent, and the service of the lady proprietor was lovely. She was always very helpful. The space was a bit basic. There were no bedside lamps or amenities in the room, and only the bedroom had a skylight, making it a little dark, but the property is clean. When we checked out, the man at the front desk was kind and drove down the mountain in front of me, which was snowing so heavily. That was incredibly kind and greatly appreciated.
