The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated on the harbour side, yet only a short walk from the city center and attractions. We got a standard twin that was a nice size for a city room with a very clean and pleasant shower room. There was some outside noise when we approached the street on the third story, but closing the windows completely blocked that and it was peaceful for sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options and delicious hot dishes. Parking in the garage was definitely worth it.

I got a room with an affordable price and also good facilities and comm rooms. The staff is very friendly and there are nice people who will come to your place. They are also pet friendly.

Excellent location in the city for exploring, close to restaurants, bars, and other places. nice and cozy building with nice staff, the room as advertised and a great breakfast. Possibly there would be a kettle in the room, but there is free coffee and tea available at reception 247.

The hotel was beautifully designed with accommodating employees. The room, which was fairly small, had everything youd expected and more. I spent three nights here and wished I had remained longer. The food was amazing, with so much choice and topnotch quality. The interior design had a Gothic Baroque feel to it, and the location in the heart of Rotterdam was ideal. After I had checked out, they even stored my luggage and provided me with free coffee. There is also fantastic value for money.

All of these benefits are absolutely acceptable. It was fantastic when we traveled as a family. If you want to prepare something, everything was spotless, with a roomy kitchen and communal areas with plenty of kitchenware. The personnel is incredibly kind. If the laundry costs 50 sek, it will clean and dry your garments in three hours. Nearby is a grocery store with fast-food stores, clothing, and groceries. Despite having a few options around the city center, the cost of the area isn't particularly significant. Although I wasn't in the area long enough to stroll, I observed a few evil individuals roaming about. Be sure to always verify the messages you receive on the software you used for booking your room, especially with late check-ins. We arrived about an hour after 17.00, but I didn't miss them. Thank goodness, someone gave us in and discovered an envelope containing my name, keys, and everything. When I attempted to contact the structure, no one answered the phone, and if those people hadn't responded, I would have been spouting at the straws. It wasn't my fault, but the structure should at least attempt to call me since I didn't even notice the messages.

The owner was incredibly kind. checking was simple. The room was clean and tidy, new bed sheets the next morning. Good range of breakfast options, even gluten free options perfect for celiacs. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a plus for us. Botanic garden is nearby.

It is in the ideal position if you are in Rothenburg just to visit the iceberg like me and my partner were. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Continental with the option of bacon, sausage, fried eggs, etc. My partner said the coffee was really nice. Overall a good place to stay and will definitely stay again!.

I found the hotel great overall. The hotel is clean and neat. The bed is very comfortable and there is parking in the garage. Breakfast is great with a wide variety of scandinavian food. but please be aware that the bedroom is very dark and there are only three types of sandwich for evening or day food.

Isbolaget is an amazing little spot on the lovely Toro Island. From the stars, we discovered paradise. On a midsummer day, the environment was full. We ordered a shrimp sandwich, locally produced beer, and a table with a sea view. We spent over 2 hours here eating, drinking, and talking to other visitors. The location is breathtaking, and the cafe is charming. The food is exquisite. Free Swedish crackers are also available. Very kid-friendly and laid-back. I loved it here so much.

This hotel is in a strategic location, not in the middle of the city, and close to the Hag District, which has great restaurants and bars. This hotel has a nice backyard where you can eat breakfast and the shower is clean. We are very happy to stay here.

We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. It was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was fantastic, very comfortable, and quirky and fun. The staff was extremely friendly. We ended up taking the stairs to view the decoration and sometimes using the elevator to listen to the funny sounds it made. It was so much fun. The breakfast was served on the roof and was excellent. The whole hotel is so fun!

We stayed 4 nights during Easter holiday 2022 and could not have been more pleased. Pleasant stay, good service, and a surprising good breakfast option. The hotel is in the heart of Göteborg, Vasastaden, and is close to everywhere. Public transportation is available within minutes of walking. The room was great, but we couldn't regulate the temperature of the room. It can sometimes get cold, but it was manageable. We will be back. Theviya and Jan.

Letak Hotel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan Stasiun Kereta Pusat Gothenburg yang jaraknya hanya 300 meter. Namun, untuk alamat Hotel KW jelas dan papan nama hotelnya sangat kecil. Karena saat ini hotel sedang dalam renovasi, jadi sulit bagi kami untuk menemukan Hotel ini, sampai cukup jauh kami mencari alamat Hotel.

Excellent location if you want to be in a city but have quiet nights. Trams are right around the corner, as are numerous pubs and eateries. Excellent breakfast is always served in Sweden. We were given a fairly tiny room with a soft bed. The room was hot because of the heatwave in which we came. Even though the window fan operated without stopping the evening, the windows were completely open. You could tell that it was a family-run business due to the friendly personnel. Therefore, despite some difficulties, it was a good stay!.

The sauna was excellent, and the breakfast had excellent meatballs, bacon, lots of bread, and plenty of cold options. However, nothing else was sufficient for a four-star hotel. I had requested two single beds and received one double. There was no contact with them during check-in. This is unacceptable in a hotel with hundreds or rooms, and it is incredibly unlikely that they had what I wanted. Not suitable for a four-star hotel. Both days I was there, the coffee maker didn't function. Not adequate for a four-star hotel. At 10 pm, a staff member was below four-star standards. He gave him my passport to check-in, but he did not comprehend what it was. I needed to show him my image. Then, he proceeded to give us the wrong directions to the room. Since we had already traveled, we didn't want to do this. In the end, he apologized, but it wasn't great. When I got there, the room was filthy. Cobwebs were on the wall, holes on the wall before. The ceramic coffee cups in the room were unsafe to use because they were all made up of cardboard with no safety cardboard or handle. Parking at the hotel was significantly more expensive than down the street, which was a 1-minute stroll away. It simply makes no sense. I would not suggest this

The negative aspects here are daily service, personal hygiene, and cleanliness. They also provide a rooftop bar with only one plus point. The good side here is that the host area is the best. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone.

This hotel appears to have changed hands and has transformed from a charming boutique hotel to what I would consider to be a hostel. We stayed there previously and enjoyed it but were bitterly disappointed this time. It still has stunning decor and is immaculately clean, but it is soulless and I even found it to be a little creepy. After telling them about this when making our reservation, we got there at 20.30. When we came, the reception was shuttered, and another visitor instructed us to call the front desk to pick up the phone. We stood in a queue for about 15 minutes before being told that our key was in a post box next to the desk. That was Monday, and it was the first time we saw the metal shutter at front desk on Friday. The hotel is manned for the remainder of the day after breakfast has passed. It is absurd to advertise that snacks and coffee are available in the foyer. After breakfast, coffee and a plate of biscuits are placed there, but they are never refilled. Although the location is excellent, breakfast is truly excellent, and the location is superb, this is a glorified hostel, not a hotel in the typical expected sense of the word.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff, excellent location, not in the middle of the city, close to the Hag district, where you can find wonderful restaurants and bars. In the backyard, you can have breakfast, and the showers in the corridor were clean.
