I would strongly suggest this property. We stayed in a two-bedroom flat for three nights. The apartment was tastefully decorated and furnished with an amazing outdoor area that overlooked the river. The property is only a few years old, so everything is brand new, and all areas are spotless and tidy. The personnel were extremely kind. At reception, we were able to arrange a chosen river trip and a trip to Victoria Falls. The river trip was exceptional and should not be missed. The helicopter tour over the falls at vic falls was fantastic.

We stayed in sandpiper villas for two nights, two nights in a neighboring luxury lodge, and finally three nights in Sandpiper. Sandpiper far outperformed our expectations and was better overall than our luxury lodge experience! The manager, Loud, is excellent. He went out of his way to take us to the liquor store to get drinks for sundowners, planned all our trips and required meals, and continuously checked in on us. He would even come and let my partner know when another bird was around the lodge for a photo. He generously arranged a private transfer to Victoria Falls, and we had a great conversation along the way. Thanks to the manager, Loud. He is the greatest example of hospitality management. We also want to express our gratitude to Joe. We booked eight boat rides and a game drive, which were very reasonably priced. Thankfully, we made some of our boat trips on our own. Joe is an outstanding driver and listened to our requirements for the ideal location for photography light and position. He even found a malachite kingfisher nest, where we frequently returned. He is an excellent guide and extremely intuitive. I had a great time catching up with him. Our villa was modern and clean, with everything we required and more. nando, a petrol station, a supermarket, and other facilities were right outside the security

The Sandpiper villas are very nice with great views of the chosen river. The staff are very helpful and offer great safari trips for everyone. Grocery store and nando restaurant are within walking distance and the staff will shuttle you to get whatever else you want or need.

As usual, when I make vacation reservations, I use TripAdvisor a lot, and the reviews on this forum are spoony about sandpiper villas. We were welcomed with a warm smile and were able to go for lunch right away. Lloyd and banana were fantastic, and they responded to all of our requirements right away. They are a fantastic addition to a spa. The rooms are fully furnished, meticulously designed, and furnished. The rooms are also neat, tidy, and clean. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We requested a stand-alone break for our group, and when we arrived at our room it had already been installed. The entire area is extremely secure, with monitored gates and 24-hour security. We only had sandwiches, which were excellent at the restaurant, and cannot comment on the other meals. What a lovely location. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we had a fantastic three nights here. Next time, make more use of the amenities provided, since we had already reserved game viewings, etc. Likewise. I only regret not being able to give more than five stars to the personnel. We will return like Arnie.

Almost everything about our night here was great. We had beautiful river views and wildlife, safe parking, comfortable beds, cooking and bathroom facilities, helpful and knowledgeable personnel, proximity to a grocery store and a nando restaurant. The only minor downfall we encountered was the huge number of flying insects swimming into the cottage after sunset despite shutting all windows and doors to the riverside balcony. We also enjoyed a game drive by Joe organized by a sandpiper.
