If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Upon arrival a deposit of 50.00 € should be left. It will be returned to you on departure once the apartment has been inspected. Before you book our apartment, please Accept the Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check out by 11.00am (before noon) As we appreciate our neighbours we would like to ask you the respect their expectations in terms of making no unnecessary noise. Smoking is Not allowed in the apartment! No pets!
