Early check in and late check out are subject to availability
Late check out – between 12:00 and 14:00 – 15Eur
Late check out – between 14:00 and 16:00 – 40Eur.
Late check out – after 16:00 – 100% of the nightly rate.
Late check in fee (after 18:30) – 15Eur
Extra cleaning fee (more than once a week) – 20Eur
Extra cleaning fee for only one night stay – 10Eur
In case of an emergency unlocking of an apartment by a Sofia Lux Rentals employee, a fee of EUR 15 will be charged.
In the case of a forgotten door key and a locksmith call – the amount requested by the door locksmith apply.
Pets are not allowed
Loud noise and all parties in the apartments are strictly forbidden.
Please respect quiet hours between 14:00 and 16:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00
Smoking is not allowed. 100Eur FINE.
The apartment needs to be left in neat and clean condition, or in other cases 30Eur extra cleaning fee will be charged.
All children are welcome and stay free if using the existing beds.
Baby cot – 10 Eur per night upon request.
Extra bed or Sofa bed – 10Eur per night
