The parking area is really strange, which is really unsafe if you look up to see another car go down. It's hard to tell if there is a parking lot where you can enter through only one gate, you have to reverse it if you see other cars go down, and the entrance is unusual as it only has one gate. I didn't feel constable due to Google's guide to find this hotel, which I don't really trust. My room was on the ground floor, and I had a stunning panorama of the city. The personnel, in particular Edison, were the biggest factor in my enjoyment of this hotel. They are really kind and helpful, which includes helping me so much about the city, lovely places to visit, and helping me settle down for my three-day trip.

During my visit to Victoria, I have visited this hotel. The location of the hotel is very centrally situated, safe and peaceful. The owner and the rest of the staff are kind and helpful and inform us of all things to do. They provide basic accommodations in a backpacker style.

I will give it a try in the future. The staff spoke English which was a bonus. The room was as expected and clean. It had breakfast which was fresh and plentiful. Well located for everything we wanted and walking distance.

I stayed here and the location is good, the price is very affordable. The condition of the bed is clean. The owner was very helpful, so what I got was great. And then the location was not too far from the bus stop which I was in. After that, the location was good as a walk to most of Victoria and the bus to Villavelma. Subsequently, the shower was cool, and had nice hot water. Besides that, the quality of the service was good, especially for the cheap price.

I'll stay there next time I visit Victoria! A good hotel at a reasonable price. However, apart from what is stated on the tin, there is not even a shampoo or conditioner in the room. The male receptionist who checked me in was a little off, too. So, the first impressions were not great. Then in the morning, Marina, the cheerful and friendly receptionist, the warm and friendly welcome in the breakfast room, the good breakfast selection, and all with fuss service. And throughout the day whenever I needed anything, Marina and her only were there to assist me and answer my questions and requests whenever I needed them. So, even despite the initial impression of the arrival, the girls are able to turn a dissatisfied customer into a really happy one. And they were even aware that I wasn't really impressed. They were just doing their job, and they clearly demonstrated to me that they are an asset to the company.

It's always a guarantee that the location will be clean and very easy to access. The rooms, or at least our room, were a bit outdated and small, but clean towels and sheets are always welcome. Walking distance to a fun night area with live music, good restaurants and bars.

This place makes a great stay! My room is on the first floor and has a spectacular view of the city. The only thing I don't think is safe is that the car park has only one gate and you can see the other car come down, so this place is quite unusual. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful especially Edson who told me so much about the city, lovely places to visit, and assisted me in settling down for my 3 day trip. The one thing I don't like is that the parking area isn't a feature at all. This place is so amazing.

Ibis is always a guarantee that the place will be clean and pretty easy to access. The rooms, or at least our room, were a bit old and tiny, but clean towels and linens are always welcome. Walking distance to a fun night area with live music, good restaurants and bars.

This place is ideally located to get all the necessities and within walking distance. The cleanliness and decor of the room are good. The staff speaks English which is a bonus. This place was very nice and clean. They also served breakfast which was tasty and plentiful. They have a lot of facilities like very good location.

The ambiance here was quite cozy. The breakfast is always included. The owner, Wilson, is very kind. I will suggest this hostel if you want to come to Victoria for a few days.

If I return to Victoria, I'll remain there soon! A decent hotel at a reasonable cost, but there isn't even a shampoo or conditioner in the room. The male front desk staff member who checked me in was a little awkward. So, the initial impressions weren't great. Then, in the morning, marina, a cheerful and welcoming receptionist, a warm and friendly welcome in the breakfast area, a good selection of breakfast, and fast service. Marina and alone were there at all times throughout the day for anything I needed. They were able to change the dissatisfied customer into a very happy one despite their initial impression of the arrival. And they didn't even realize I wasn't particularly impressed. They were simply doing their job, and they clearly demonstrated to me that they are an asset to the company.
