Hi, I stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa for four nights, checking in on 4 August and checking out on 8 August. On Friday night, my rented motorbike arrived. After checking out at 12 noon on Saturday, I brought my suitcase to the motorbike parking area. I had already prepared a plastic rope, and one of the security officers offered to help me tie the suitcase securely to the passenger seat. He was incredibly skillful. He managed to secure my suitcase firmly using one full length of rope without cutting it into pieces. Even more impressively, when I arrived at my hotel in Legian, I was able to remove the rope easily and it was still completely intact. What impressed me even more was his attitude. He greeted me very politely when I approached my motorbike, and when he noticed that I was unsure how to secure the suitcase, he immediately offered to help without hesitation. And here’s the interesting part: that was actually his first day working at Novotel Bali Benoa. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall his name, but I’m sure you can identify him from the security team’s roster that day. Please congratulate him and recognize his effort. From his very first day, he had already made a great impression of what hospitality and service should be—even in a role that is often behind the scenes. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I actually stayed here with my family and children more than 10 years ago, so it was also nice to be back after such a long time. I would really appreciate it if the General Manager could give this security officer some recognition. A simple acknowledgment would mean a lot and would hopefully encourage him to continue delivering this kind of service. Thank you, and congratulations to the team for having such a great first-day impression from one of your newest team members.

Worth every penny. Nikko is the cheapest beach hotel in nusa dua. But cheapest doesn’t mean “cheap”. The service is excellent, the place is clean, and the pool is clean. Definitely will be back again.
