I enjoyed the location. Starting with the only three things that I found to be strange in a place like that and therefore awarded four stars instead of five. Pool is not inviting because of a lack of cleanliness. good night ambiance and music. Many friends deserve a normal bar instead of two high chairs in a restricted area. The apartment is very nice, with a kitchen and living room area, making it strange to share that with strangers because there are two very small bedrooms. Better for friends who know each other or for their families. Other than that, the location is fantastic. Nice hospitality, excellent amenities, and the best food and variety I could ask for outside of a major city. well kept and clean, excellent and friendly staff and service.

We spent 2 nights at Lake Natasha Country Club, and I can't imagine a more magical place than this resort. The staff was very incredibly friendly and outstanding. Samuel the manager of the front office, Kamal, were just great they went above and beyond in every way. The rooms were just beautiful. The views of the lake, animals including zebras, giraffes, hippopotamus, velvet monkeys, and water bucks were simply breathtaking. We hope to return. There is a lot to see in the region, but if you want relaxation, rest, and attractions, stay here, and you will never want to leave.

The place is wonderful to visit. We had an amazing weekend at this lovely location. Dan deserves special recognition for being a close friend to my daughter. The food was delicious and well-prepared. We decided to depart with a very happy daughter. With all the fun, my daughter truly cried. A big thank you to Robert at the pool for allowing our nanny to enter the pool for the first time and even getting her to float. His patience was remarkable. The housekeeping workers could use some improvement. Even though they are doing a great job of keeping the rooms clean, they just need to pay more attention to toiletry provisions. Why not remove all of the used tissues from the room and provide something else instead? The hotel should have enough toiletries and towels, and a pool area to accommodate the number of visitors. However, whenever requested, the receptionist responded immediately. The pool's sign board specifies that board games are available, but when we inquired at the front desk, they were unaware of what we were talking about. So, one must be repaired, either the signage or the front desk. All the issues were nothing compared to the time spent there. They were issues that could be easily resolved. This time, we'll be back, and this time with a larger crowd. Excellent location.

I recommend you to take a boat tour or safari to see the wild animals and see the wild animals with a pleasant guide. This place is close to the beach.

We had a great time at the Lake Natasha Country Club, and the place is beautiful. The staff was amazing in assisting us in booking and arranging boat tours. Our room 1421 was comfortable, with a balcony, amenities, and a good view of the lake. The hotel was home to a variety of wildlife. The pool area was the perfect place to relax in the evenings while enjoying the breathtaking sunset views. We can't wait to plan our return!.

It was raining so we didn't try the pool. The room was very spacious but the furniture was worn out and unattended. The rooms are not very clean and the windows do not block the noise from nearby roads. The food is nice but we got pancakes fried in onions from the previous omelet. The service is good and the staff is very nice.

The hotel is in a perfect position, at the shores of Lake Natasha. From busy Narita city, the stay here is worth the money. The place was neat and clean, and the employee was friendly and kind. I will come back there later.

The room and hotel cleanliness was great, the breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner were disappointing because they overcooked the food and missed a few spices, and the sausages tasted bad.

I would suggest the hotel and return there at any time. I can't say enough good things about how satisfied I was. I was there for six days and the staff was fantastic. Amazing work by the chef, my solitary, your food will be wonderful every day. The waiter, Miriam, was fantastic and always greeted with a smile. The rooms are fantastic, although I wish there were only one per family sharing with a stranger, though it is difficult because of the weather. Cliff has the best view. Gloria performed well in any required tasks. It was a lovely boat ride. A very calm place to unwind from the busy Cairo.

We were traveling with friends while staying in deluxe rooms that are connected. The room was clean, the view of the lake was amazing. Hippos grazed on the meticulously manicured lawns at night. We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff, the bellboy was excellent, and he helped us take a tour of the property. He noted that there are around 250 different bird species. I had the best time and can't wait to return. I cherished the cuisine, wildlife, people, and scenery. There are no complaints, I guarantee!.

The rooms are nice, it's in a nice location but away from the lake and has a lovely swimming pool, and the kids enjoy the excellent meal and breakfast, as well as the excellent waiters when I asked them to silence the noisy church songs in the early morning. The nearby village could hear noisy churches, but that is not the hotel's fault, I guess. Last but not least, the espresso maker must be Chinese because it does not work, it doesn't make Italian espresso, but instead just the typical Kenyan coffee soup.
