The hotel is really disappointing. It was the cheapest hotel that was 175. 50 for one night, but we chose it because it would be great for some much needed vacation. However, you must rent games for the playstation, which cost 5. 00 per night. After paying for the room and parking charges in the hotel parking lot, we were a little annoyed to learn that renting a game included a rental fee. My husband had to provide his card information to rent the game, but when he didn't bring it back, he was informed that the entire cost of the game would be charged to your card. The reservation made no mention that the games were additional charge. My husband assumed the 5. 00 deposit was a deposit you would get back, but this was not the case. We left a phone charger in the room and had to contact housekeeping after returning home to be informed that they would send it back, but we had to use a courier to collect it and at our own expense. The hotel is closed from Monday, December, to Thursday, December 13, so we have only 1 month until lost property is destroyed!.

This hotel has an excellent location, staff, and amenities. But, I had a very bad experience at this place. And then, they have very poor bed pillows, and that's the only complaint. After that, the breakfast was much better than expected. Besides that, it's close to a bus stop to get into Blackpool by car!

I will never stay anywhere else. We stayed at the Big Blue Hotel for more than 6 years. The Turkish man that works in the dining area always reminds us and it's so nice to chat with him. Always great service. The room is updated. I will never go to another hotel.

Nice and tidy, great care with a shower, whirlpool bath and even a small to. Clean beds and fresh towels each day. Breakfast was good, I didn't mind ordering the previous night can see the benefits, but I agree with the other review that the latest is a little too early. Where I think improvements can be made are, no blinds, so the sun runs through the curtains from am. Secondly, no fridge, which would be a real bonus in the summer months, 3 whilst saying they do evening meals, we asked and they weren't maybe not enough uptake, but coupled with this, there is no food permitted in rooms, so we were forced to eat on a very wet miserable evening, which wasn't ideal. Despite these few small improvements, we love the personal touch and quiet location and would definitely recommend it.. The staff is first class!.

The feeling of staying at this hotel was very comfortable and the cleanliness was quite good, especially for the receptionist on both nights, there is a fantastic view, the bathroom was nice, and I booked room 16 for my weekend stay, and it came with a lovely view, plus the nice service.

We had previously stayed at this hotel, and this place was amazing. We were fortunate to park right outside our room when you arrived, which was great because we like to carry our own food with us and make full use of the apartment's kitchen. Additionally, a bus that stops right outside takes you directly to Blackpool, which was great for the illumination. When you come to your apartment, it is immaculate and nicely furnished. The washing machine was ideal for washing our swimming gear before leaving, giving it a home away from home feel. There are many parking spaces in this hotel, which is excellent in terms of facilities. The swimming pool and hot tub area must be reserved in advance because only two groups may be visited at a time, which was convenient for us because we could swim throughout the entire pool and utilize all of the facilities without seeing too many people gathered around. You also have your own changing room for your hour. Im astonished to discover this hotel as our favorite place to stay!.

Wow, this is a great hotel, but when I say a hotel, the apartment is actually an apartment. We stayed in room 202 on the ground floor, which was a two-bedroom apartment of immense size. 1 shared bathroom, double beds in both rooms. The living room partaken plan kitchen also had a sofa bed. Very modern, albeit the sofa had a few stains and wasn't comfortable to sit on. The kitchen area was fantastic, as was the large shower. Tes on both the bedrooms and the living room. We could have used the pool, but I forgot my costume and didn't use the wonderful facilities. The location is excellent, near to the main highway inagnes. The only minor complaint was that there were no mirrors in the bedroom to do hair. There was one mirror in the bathroom and one mirror in the hallway, but they weren't close to an electric outlet. The living room could also use a lamp because there is only one light switch that turns on all the lights, which 1. Is too bright 2. wastes energy. Overall, though, it was amazing.

It's so good. The rooms are clean and the rooms are modern and the staff is helpful and professional. Great value for the money with a really good breakfast buffet which was delicious and warm and we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you and strongly recommend it.

We reserved this place based on the reviews we read, and it didn't disappoint. Clean, excellent service, comfy beds, and a fantastic brunch experience! The furnishings permit us to pack as much bling into the hotel and then overlay that base with numerous patterns, colors, and gadgets, adding to the overall atmosphere of Blackpool. The room was quiet and filled with extras, which surprised me. The bathroom had an absurd design. You could see a tiny shower and toilet three feet from the bed when lying down. Although it was closed, using a glass door allowed you to see your loved one. We would remain here if we went back to Blackpool. Recommended.
