I was travelling alone and this place is pretty convenient. There is MTR entrance right on the side of the building, bus stop, convenience store, 5mins walking from restaurants and the harborview. The entrance in easily found and it wasn't packed with indians selling stuff like chunking mansion (good point). The room is pretty small, not much floor area to open the luggage (I open my luggage on the bed). Water heater was working fine, but again the restroom is small.
