The hotel is on South Beach. The first beach you encounter when visiting the airport or driving to Khan Lak. We chose this location because it was the closest beach to Tab Lame Pier, and we planned to go diving. The place can be described as a small village, with some hotels, beach bars, stores, massage parlors, bars, and restaurants. Oh, and you can find anything you need or forgot at home at walking distance. This is unquestionably a good hotel that has good value for the quality it is offering. The beachside side with access to the beach and a pool and access to the beach where the restaurant and breakfast are located. And another building with groundfloor rooms with direct access to the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough with a bath and shower. On the terrace, there were two sun loungers and direct access to the pool. The room, however, had some wear and tear. On the last day, the first room we stayed in had some leaks on the walls. We think this was because of rain and humidity. The breakfast menu was varied and included both European and Asian cuisine. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. During our liveaboard, the hotel stored some of our luggage. There was also a small fitness center. The hotel is great, but it shows some wear and tear. Oh and the tailors you can find anything you need or forgot at home at walking distance. The hotel itself is located directly on the beach and has two main parts. The side of the beach with a pool and access to the beach, where the restaurant and breakfast is also located. And another building where the ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool. We booked a room with direct access to the pool. The room was spacious and had all the necessary comfort. Bathroom was also big enough with a bathtub and shower. The terrace had 2 sun beds and offered direct access to the pool. However, the room had some wear and tear. The first room we stayed in had a wall leak on the last day. We guess it was due to rain and humidity. The breakfast was varied and offered European and Asian dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel kept part of our luggage on our liveaboard. There was also a small fitness section. The hotel itself is very nice but the condition is also somewhat worn out. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room for two nights. A sizable patio with wonderful sea breezes. The bed was very comfortable with two pillows per. Daily two bottles of water, tea, coffee, and creamer, refrigerator. Large bathroom with a large bath and a separate walkin shower. There was a sink in the main room with an English channel. Tables and chairs inside and outside. Breakfast was disappointing, orange juice tasted like cordial. Thai dishes or just toast and eggs.

The swimming pool is within 2 meters of our room and the review when we had breakfast good quality Thai and western food and we are critical! Excellent and speedy customer service when requiring breakfast in the room or kitchen stands out from the competition. I can't recommend it highly enough.
