I rented this apartment for my mom who was visiting. At first I had doubts because the pictures present different apartments but the one I rented was actually one of them and the other pictures were for apartments in the same building. The apartment was nice and clean and looked exactly like the picture. Check in process was very easy. I would recommend this apartment!

I would say that calling this 4-star is misleading, but otherwise all needs have been met. Make sure to spend more time confirming room type and photos, instead of rushing your choice like I have. Room was much smaller than anticipated, and sink was backed up. Otherwise great location and convenient service. Thank you

It's a beautiful apt and it has a store right under it. You will have to buy groceries at the supermarket called IGA and Dollar-a-rama is right across the street from the supermarket which about a 15min walk.

It's a small place that works for a very short stay. We booked for 10 days and had to ask for basic amenities like a cutting board, a broom, a bath plug and tea towel. We ended up buying those ourselves and got reimbursed. Communication was excellent until we had consistent internet problems then we were told to wait for help that never came and it was never resolved, it felt they were running the clock on that.

Access to the property is nice and close to bus stop. However, the sky light heated up the room too much in the summertime and the A/C does not work well.

La photo ne correspond pas à l'appartement. L'équipement, la vaisselle sont insuffisants pour 4 personnes : 2 chaises, 2 verres, pas de tapis de bain, rien pour mettre les serviettes à sécher. Les carreaux des fenêtres sont sales et dans un état moyen. La télé ne semble pas fonctionner. C'est très pratique d'avoir la station de bus et le métro à proximité. Petit appartement fonctionnel autrement.

Besides the fact that there are dead spider carcasses all over the walls from previous guests...it’s no wonder because I killed EIGHT giant spiders during my 2 night stay. Disgusting! And other than the fact that the wireless didn’t get fixed until the second night and the bed sheets that felt like paper, it was great!

Bel endroit, propre, communication très rapide par courriel. J’ai apprécié les porte qui barre par code pas de cle ou de carte à traîner. Belle localisation près de l’hopital CUSM et +/- 30 minutes du vieux Montréal en transports en commun. Notre chambre 102 est très petite mais quand même confortable et clair avec son grand puis de lumière. La chose qui m’a dérangé est la fenêtre trop petite pour sortir en cas d’incendie! Pas certaine q’elle Soit même légal +/- 10’’ x 20’’ mais style auvent à manivelle. ☹️

The price on Hoels.com website wasn’t the same price I was charged. The room has nice upgrades and good location. There was no iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The cable wasn’t working. I reached out to the manager twice but no response.
