大型のスーパーマーケットから徒歩3分のロケーションのアパートメントホテルです。フロントはないため、建物と部屋の暗証番号が当日メールで送付されて来るシステムでした。部屋は綺麗にリフォームされていて清潔でした。予約サイトの写真と同じクオリティというのは、今までで初めての経験でした。快適に滞在出来ましたが、以下は改善の余地があると思います。 1. カーテンが一部取り付けられていないので、ある角度からは部屋内が外から丸見え 2. 空調の温度調節が出来ない 3. 予約サイトに記載があった、ヘアドライヤーとエスプレッソマシンが無かった食器類はキチンと揃っており、欠けたりしたものはありませんでした。テレビはかなり大型で、NetflixやYouTubeを観ることが出来るのは初めての経験で、これだけでも星ひとつ分くらいの価値があると思います。

Full amenities of a studio apartment in a convenient location and close to metro. We loved it. Great communication from the rental agency. Comfortable king size bed. A nice college studio apartment. Maybe a little small. TV had Netflix which was a nice change from regular TV.P

The property was nice, except it was not as advertised. Also, the bathroom and shower were old. The bed was cramped into a tight spot and you had to get in by hoping over the foot board - couldn't get in from the sides. Awkward. The smell was not entirely pleasant as this room was just an apartment in an old downtown Montreal building. There were only 3 channels on TV, 2 of which were French and I don't understand French. The channels were via antenna and sometimes froze or lost signal. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except that the price was really cheap. That's really the only positive.

No ammenities ! No hair dryer, no equipment to make food (despite having an oven) no electrical outlets in the bathroom, made it hard to get ready. I was sent 6 emails from the property the day before i arrived and once I did, communication was low. No information given on parking. Asked for 30 mins late checkout as I had a work call and I was told no ! They told me other guests were coming today but check in is not until 3pm. I usually stay at the MiltonParc but it was busy. Much better ammenities with 5 times the space !!

Le - Rapport qualité prix décevant, accueil par mail impossible de joindre le service client sur le numéro transmis, Hygiène de la chambre limite (pas d'alèse sur le lit, drap déchiré) ménage non approfondi, traces de cuisine sur le mur près de la gazinière, pas de torchon vaisselle. Isolation à revoir, lit king size mais difficile d'accès, canapé qui ne fait pas canapé lit. Isolation à revoir Le + Le studio est près au centre ville, premier accès à l'appartement facile.

- BEFORE booking, we emailed the hotel to make sure we could have 2 names on the reciept (to be reimbursed by our employer). They said it was fine, so we booked and paid. When we checked-in, they said it was impossible. - The room looks NOTHING like the pictures. It is a completely different space. The second bed advertised was a blow up mattress with no pump and no second set of sheets. - The toilet DIDN'T FLUSH AT ALL. I communicated back and forth with the hotel for days who said they would send someone. Nobody ever came. It was extremely inconvenient and disgusting. - The shower was very dirty. - This is a self check-in and check-out appart/hotel, which means there are no lobby or no employees anywhere. They provide you with an access code to open the main door. However, that door is never locked. There is a homeless man living in the entrance of the hotel. Very secure. - A few unprofessional email exchanges - I asked to be refered to someone else, I was not allowed. - I communicated with the hotel to get refunded. I got no answer. I communicated with Expedia for a refund. They contacted the hotel, who isn't answering them. Therefore, they can't help me. This is the WORST rental experience i've ever had. This room was about 200$ a night, which isn't cheap. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!

I was not given check-in instructions until my flight was already in the air, and when I got the instructions the address given was not what I booked for at all. When I got to the room, it does not have the same number of beds as advertised. I had to call hotels.com to have me transfer to a different hotel, but the owner of this property already charged my credit card. I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to attempt to get a refund.

It was not a hotel at all, not as advertised on Expedia. there was no one at the apartment building to speak to, and we had no idea what to do. An outright fraud.

The property is miss advertised. This is not a hotel, but an apartment in a rundown building without air conditioning. The add indicates that it has one but they have a stand up ventilator instead. The property also overcharged and stopped responding to my requests when asked about the additional charges. All in all, it's not worth staying here, unless you're looking for a thrill during and after your trip.

For a budget price, you get a budget hotel room, which is what I expected. I did have problems accessing the room, but that was my fault, and was quickly fixed by the owner. So they get points there. The big minus here was that I contacted the owner to confirm that there was AC, which he did. After an office move in the heat all day, arriving in a room with no AC was definitely not appreciated. Maybe some call a fan an AC, but if you are renting a room in Montreal, you should clearly know what an AC is.

Worst experience, stayed there 2 nights got there the first day and the room was boiling hot it says they have air conditioning and they don’t, they had was a fan, the fridge was a mess there was a food from the pervious person who stayed there and a rotting banana, of course to make things worse I got a parking ticket even though they mention a surcharge for parking. Emailed them about the air conditioning and never got an answer why there was no air conditioning or even offered to change rooms, same with the parking ticket all I got was a “sorry to hear that”

Absolutely awful. No on-site help, no one answers the phone, no refund once I vacated a broken down facility. Will be contacting Expedia and higher authorities as needed to get my refund.

They charged too much after the stay. They added parking fee when I didn't use it and they charge a $35 cleaning fee on top of the charge that Expedia pays the hotel. They communicated well but they would not provide any receipts for any of the charges that were not even close to what was on the Expedia site.
