The place could be more finished (pictures did not depict). and the floors were kind of dirty. Also washcloths would be nice. However the fellow was helpful with us checking in. The stairway should be cleaner. All in all I think the place was nice, but would love to see it’s full potential.

Beautiful property, 2 bdrm, rail on stairs needs to be fixed but apt itself was excellent and cozy. Outside there was construction but it did not bother me too much.

The place was exceptionally clean and spacious. The architecture was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and each room had a tv. Cupboards were well stocked with kitchenwares. Towels and linens were nice and clean. It exceeded our expectations.

We loved this property. Came for Thanksgiving Holiday with my family. The place was beautiful, comfortable. It was walkong distance to many attractions and the beautiful park. There was plenty to eat around us and calling an uber was easy and efficient.

Incredible location in the center of downtown.. Was close to as advertised and very clean. Couple of doors were in disrepair and the handrail to get up the steps into the apartment was badly damaged, to point it could be dangerous.. Instructions to gain entry were spot on, especially important when there is no one on site. Third bed is a pull out couch that was not overly comfortable, but passable. We would probably stay again as it had the most important thing. Location, location, location...

Fantastic location but the actual property is a private rental, my fault for not realising, so check in was a challenge as was not provided any codes or keys to make the process easy. Unit up a few flights of stairs, which could be tricky with luggage. The stair bannister is not screwed in, which is highly dangerous. Many maintenance issues, but to be fair, the owner did send out a maintenance person each time. The unit presents well in photos.

The property was very convenient for space and location. I have a few issues with the very uncomfortable mattress in the king bedroom and the two sofa beds. The king size bed was extremely worn out and the middle of the mattress dug almost jnto the bedframe. It was very difficult to sleep in fact we slept across the bed instead of head to toe normal sleep because we could not sleep well. The sofabeds are also very dated mattresses. There were no outlets in the king bedroom washroom nor in the vanity area. Made it difficult to get hair or get ready as we had to keep going back and forth to the front washroom. I think for the price you charged me there are some major issues I would like addressed and considered for reimbursements. I was very close to buying a blown msttress for the second night but could not afford that expense. Please advise. The pictures of this place did not disappoint. The suite is clean, beautiful and very modern. The only complaint I have is the location. If you have a family or if you are looking to relax after a long day I don't recommend this place. There are two night clubs right across the street that will prevent you from getting any sleep from the hours of 2300-0400. Also when these clubs let the patrons out, it seems as they come over to these suites and continue the after party running up and down hallways. I stayed here from Friday night until Monday morning and could not wait to leave. If you are looking for a party vibe then this is for you. Other than the location this place is beautiful!! We had an issue with the pullout couch and the owner brought a brand new air mattress and pillows in under an hour and was very nice. I appreciate him for taking care of us like that.

This is a party apartment. Great location but the noise either from the skyscraper construction next door or the nightclub opposite. Also the noise from other apartments was considerable. Not a family location at the weekend.

Terrible costumer service and staff coordinator!!!! We had to pay one night out of pocket because the main door was locked and we could not get in to the property. Not recommended!!!!

OWNER WAS NOT TRUTHFUL! The apartment promised 2 double beds and a pull out couch, which would work well for our family. There was no couch when we arrived. Owner said he would bring a couch in 30 min, but we gave him 3 hrs and he did not bring a couch. He refused to refund us. It was infuriating.
