I had never heard of this brand before. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but don't judge me because it's business travel no fun business. I usually look at names that I recognize, but in this case, I was drawn to the high ratings and tried it. Wow, what a shocker. Reservations were simple. When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and checkin was easy. The real surprise was when I got to my room, clean, neat, and very comfortable. I couldn't have been happier, and wherever I am going, I will first look to my place to book my next stay.

A place to stop, clean rooms, excellent front desk, and the manager is always pleasant, traveling with a pet is so easy with a stop here, easy place to walk dog, safe and convent. I travel with a scooter, and the room is truly handicap accessible.

The service here was also good, especially for Kristan, Theresa, and Robin. The facilities were so fantastic, even though there is some construction going on there.

This motel is not just for pets but for people too! It's beautiful and meticulously cleaned. Very contemporary, appears to have recently undergone renovation or new construction. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Restaurants and stores are both close to the hotel. The printer in the lobby and reliable wi-fi are included. There are many accessible handicapped parking spaces close to the entrance. Breakfast is delivered to your room. In lobby 247, free coffee, attainable beverages, snacks, and light meals are offered for sale. A full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove are all included. There is a washer and dryer on site. Bring your own cooking utensils! Check-out is am, and check-in is rp. When I was there, several extremely gracious, ole-shiny personnel from a nearby base were staying at the hotel. After I checked out, the hotel called me and informed me that their maid had found a gold loop earring in the room and asked if it was mine. I immediately felt my earring, but I only had one. The hotel contacted me and stated they would hold the earring for me in their safe or even mail it to me. Since the loops are genuine gold, I was delighted to receive it back. I will be a loyal customer for life.

The cleanliness here was really good, as it comes with very good service. Plus, the rooms are large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Plus, the mini kitchen with the full-size fridge was provided in the room. Plus, the staffs are very attentive and friendly.

PLEASE AVOID THESE AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE A FAMILY ESPECIALLY THIS ELITE SUITES CHAIN !!! We booked 2 bed condo unit in one of the Grand Ovation high rise buildings where we were already staying in another unit which we couldn't extend. We had booked it just because the unit was in same building. Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together. Since we had no option we went ahead and checked into another building just opposite but it was a 1 bed condo due to which I ended up sleep on the floors using their additional beds. So there is NO guarantee even though you pay in full and you are completely at their mercy. For one or the other reason like noise complaints from the people living under our unit, they called us and threatened us to get us evicted within 6 hrs without any other alternatives for us. They charged me around 470$ in spite of explaining the situation we were put into and my son (9 yrs) accidentally pulled a fire alarm tab thinking it's an emergency exit and/or it will connect him to security desk while I was struggling with a trolley full of luggage outside the door in the basement. Overall it's good only for singles or couples who want to enjoy the high rise buildings, views and serenity in these areas. If you are a family you will be feeling like you are in a jail and will repent each and every moment of your stay.
