Le lundi 2 mars , dans la nuit J'ai été entrain de travailler sur mon ordinateur, posé dur La table en verre, et soudainement , les pieds de la table on lachés ce qui a faillit blesser mes pieds et casser mon ordinateur , mais heureusement le verre de la table n'as pas cassé. Donc J'ai aussitôt informé quickstay et envoyé les photos . Mais Il n'ont rien fait . et par ce n'est qu'un fois partis , qu'il m'envoi une facture de 399$ pour la réparation de la table. Ce ci est inacceptable de prévoir des équipements non sécuritaires qui mette en danger la securité du client et en plus essayer de factures le client ..

The views were really wonderful. The bathrooms were not as clean as expected. The carpets were stained and dirty. I walked around in my bare socks while there, and they collected a lot of long black hair from the floor that was not from anyone in my family. We would have appreciated a couple more towels. Overall, the stay was good, but it could have been much better.

From the start, you have to contact them first since QuickStay does not have your email. lol Once you contact them (I did it via phone call), they send you detailed check-in information. You have to use your phone and text certain number that automatically unlocks the front door. It is not immediate, so you will have to wait a minute or so. Once you get in, there you will find the key (they call it fob). The place is quite nice with beautiful city view. There is a convenience store near by and very close to the subway station. I had to pay for the parking. You may drive-in and out as many times you want but the underground parking spot was very very tight for my mini van. Overall the place was clean, except we found some hairs on the pillow case, window blind in the bathroom was dusty, carpets may need some deep cleaning (not terrible). However, the washer (laundry machine) was SO filthy dirty, I had to run the cleaning cycle first. lol. I guess not many guests are actually using the washing machine. Once cleaned, I found washer/dryer in the unit quite useful for during my stay. By the way, you need the key fob, to get into the parking garage, but you don't need it when you get out. So, when you check out, it's okay to leave the keys inside the room. Overall we had a great time staying this cute place with absolutely stunning city view (especially at night). QuickStay was always responding to my email within a couple of minutes.

There weren't any kitchen towels or wash clothes. Neither a floor matt for the bathroom. If you used the shower, it sprayed outside the shower because you couldn't change the angle of the shower head. The t.v. wasn't working. Otherwise location was perfect and the apartment was clean. They were always very helpful.
