The employee who I checked in with was super friendly. He showed me to my room and let me do a quick walk around before leaving. The room was clean and tidy. It was warm even with the AC (but where isn't this summer). All in all, great place to stay on your travels, I definitely recommend.

Great place if you are travelling. They are working on it and fixing it up. Air, fridge and microwave in every room. Very quiet. It is a motor hotel keep that in mind. It's older but sufficient.

Honestly one of the best stays in Renfrew ngl. Slept so well, super quiet and peaceful. Staff were really on top of things, felt like they actually cared. Location was perfect too. Bathroom was spotless and fresh which always matters. Good value for what you get, no complaints hereel except the parking lot could get a repaved

This is a low-budget motel but nothing wrong with that if it suits your budget. Overall, the place was in good shape and clean. If you can overlook some peeling paint on the front door and the wall rad in the bathroom and a little bit of sand and dust in the tiled floor corners, you will appreciate the price point. Expect some cracked tiles in the bathroom (but still intact), and the price reflects the imperfections. This was a quiet place (we stayed on a Friday night). The tv works well, a/c was strong, bed was pretty good and the three pillows were much better than expected.

The owners were hard to understand but honest and kind. They asked how is everything. The building is old but we'll maintained and clean. The first night I could hear music through the walls during the early morning. Nice walk to the swing bridge. Twenty minute drive to muskrat lake which is great for kayaking. Near dirt trails good for walking, off road vehicles and skiing in the winter. Nice diner nearby that has an oldies music theme

Staff was very nice and helpful plus he spoke some French!!!! it's no fuss pet friendly. Could use some renovation and anemities like a chair and glasses for water would have been nice. Bu all in all an acceptable stay.

Low price reflected in the basic rooms. TV and cable but no wifi. Good water pressure, air conditioners in every room, comfortable beds. Not all light fixtures had bulbs. Lots of parking, room for trailers. Several fast food outlets, convenience store within 5 minutes walk, gas stations within 5 minute drive.

Found garbage in the bed which leaves me to believe that the sheets were not changed, gave us the wrong room, I booked a King and got a double, had to wait 40 minutes to get the right room. Not a nice experience at all.

They need to have better customer service and learn to not try to overcharge. Very annoyed as when my husband checked in they said the money didn’t go through yet when I first reserved the room I chose the option to pay when we get there and they tried to charge before hand. Then once the money did come out of my account they tried to get mad and say the payment didn’t go through yet it did. They tried to deny it even though we had proof that it did and tried to make my husband go get cash out. Took them about 10 minutes before they finally agreed that the payment went through. Then on day of check out (check out is 11am) the employee is going door to door at 8am seeing when people are leaving. Super unprofessional definitely wouldn’t go back

Run…stay away from this property. Checked in room was dated and in need of updating. No wifi, tv and one towel for two guests. After experiencing an issue with securing room and not receiving any assistance for over 45 minutes we chose to check out and seek accommodation elsewhere.

Il y avait des moisissures dans les couns. Le bain etait rouillé. Les plinthes étaient à demi arrachees . On fournit une cafetière sans ttasses ni verres. La chambre etait vraiment petite.alors que nou avions réservé une chambre à 1 grand lit ( quuen) nous avons eu un lit double. Les infos infiques que shampoo et gel douche sont inclus. Non! nous avions 3 petites bouteilles de lotion hydratante, pas de shampooing ni gel douche. Dans l'ensemble très décevant, heureusement les draps et serviettes étaient propres
