I spent five days in a 1-person room. Parking lot oriented ground-floor room. Pros: Central Uppsala can be reached on foot in 15 to 20 minutes. Clean. There is everything needed for cooking, including a freezer. There isn't much noise from people. Functional wifi. Check-out is quick. Cons: The person's room is significantly smaller than what is shown on the website. There is a window, but it only opens about 23 cm, making it impossible to ventilate the room. If you don't have a car, be prepared for a minute's walk to the nearest bus station. Because the ground floor room puts you at a significant risk that your small window is looking out directly onto a parking lot, as someone sitting in the parked car will be 1 meter from your window, requiring use of the blinds if you want some privacy. Additionally, many of the residents use the parking lot as a smoking hangout. Depending on your reservation method, you might have to stop at central Uppsala before paying at the hotel reception in another branch of the hotel.
