This place is a great spot to stay for a couple. It is really calm and has a fantastic buffet breakfast. They clean your room every day and the small walks around your room are great. We also went to the spa after a long day of walking which was amazing and ate at the pub and restaurant.

This is a really wonderful place to stay. Beautifully furnished accommodation with a great restaurant and lounging area. Great place to return to after a day of exploring the area or just getting away and unwinding. No wifi or wifi in our room, just a book in a comfy chair next to a cozy fireplace. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lovely toiletries and fluffy towels, and warmth falling gently on the roof while falling asleep was bliss.

The place is perfect, close to the National Park entrance, making it possible to see the sunrise and see the sunset. The surroundings were wonderful, including the scenery and beautiful hiking. We felt the hotel needed to upgrade and subsequently return to be an outstanding experience. Because the location is the best, Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge has all the resources to be a fivestar hotel. However, a few things must be done to make certain it is even more desirable. The actual room rates are excessive for the quality you receive. First, each department requires a real manager and supervisor to determine the level of quality, instructing and educating the personnel about what should be done before they are there and ensuring that the service is provided. Second, the worn-out, outdated-looking rooms are really in need of an updated design refreshment. A pen pencil room would have more value for 350 dollars, though, and costs 600$. The only beef we sampled was the excellent restaurant steak, which was adequate for three days. In the final meal, only the beef was satisfactory. The rest were awful. The quality must remain the same because the prices are high! The tiny Thai salad was available for $20.00! Also, there were mostly peppers in the food. The calamari was bland, resembled frozen ones that were baked in an evaporator but werent sufficiently long because they hadnt been thoroughly cooked. The breakfast buffet

The location was great for the price you paid. As most of the place near Cradle mountain is really expensive, but this one is really affordable. Our cabin was good (but little bit old). You got heater (the most important thing when you stay in the Mountain area) and basic kitchen stuff. I must admit the atmosphere during our stay was really excellent. It was very quiet and surrounding by the tall trees. For the food, there is only 1 place nearby owned by the same owner of the cabin. You need to make your order before 8pm, otherwise you have to stock some food for midnight snack. Nearest town is +/- 30mins drive from the cabin where you buy some groceries, gas, ATM.
