Very good location near the center of the city. There is parking right behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and the interior is very good. They have a comfy bed and desk. Very nice armchair and a good breakfast.

The room was so spacious and airy with nice view and the balcony on the upper floor too, even though the location is out of the city center.

I recommend this hotel to you who want to spend your time in Jyvaskyla. This is a stylish Scandinavian accommodation with high quality. This place is very well located. The service here is outstanding. Although the hotel parking area was very difficult to find due to the many oneway roads, I still have the chromecast room, a bathtub, a fridge and an ice machine in the hallway.

The walls are very thin, and people slammed doors in the night, and the noise came through the door. They should invest in door pumps, so people can't and won't slam the doors. The restaurant was pretty good.

I stayed at The Superior Kingdom in October while visiting Jyvaskyla. I looked up a decent deal online and was pleasantly surprised by the quality-price ratio I experienced. During my stay, I stayed in a room with a comfy bed and quiet air conditioning, many closets, and a coffee station in the room. The room was decent but the quality was still good. Except for the sauna, the room was a little out of date. Excellent private sauna with many amenities.

A warm day, we stayed in a family room. The windows were locked and the room was very hot. Although there was a vent, it was noisy and confined to moving hot air around. The next morning, the front desk denied our complaints! But we have a window key. On the day we came, the front desk did not answer the phone. The girl said she didn't have time to answer the phone because they were understaffed. The little italian restaurant offered a very limited quantity of delicious pasta in its honor. There were no strawberries in the strawberry dessert. Dessert was simply placed next to the empty plates instead of the main course plates. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed the pool and a pleasant welcome drink.

This is my first experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent in the center of the city. The rooms look to be a bit worn out and the breakfast is served in an area that is not good for logistic. This time some renovations are required. As such, the breakfast was ok and I would only have received 2 points if the receptionist wasn't so friendly and helpful. The price for the room was $112, and I believe that this time the quality and cost did not fit.
