The location is great. The room is not too big but not too small. They serve breakfast as well, there are western and japanes options. All the staffs are very helpful. Plus point for the hotel, they have shuttle service. It makes it easier for us to get to the hotel from the station. The shuttle service is not only to Kawaguchiko Station, but to Mishima Station and Gotemba Premium Outlet. We can book the shuttle service on their website.

Hotel sangan recomanded kebersihan tidak perlu diragukan lagi. Breakfastnya standar saja bukan buffet Ada pegawainya orang Indonesia jadi enak bisa dapat informasi tentang daerah Kawaguchiko.
