Grade baixa de mais para um ap tão alto , o ar-cond. fazia um barulho de vibração as vezes que incomodava. A vedação acústica é excelente e as cortinas garante boas horas de sono tranquilo .

Vi valde denna lägenhet för den ligger precis bredvid tunnelbanan Vilket gjorde att vi enkelt kunde resa till många sevärdheter Lägenheten var bra utrustad med saeftybox strykjärn hårtork TV och aircondition En härlig balkong med stol och bord där vi kunde äta vår frukost På 24:e våningen fanns det en pool och möjlighet att hyra del av terassen för att grilla. Det fanns bord och stolar för 10-12 personer

O apartamento tem excelente vista, muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô, supermercado e restaurantes. Como me hospedei no inverno fez falta um aquecedor. O apartamento possui ar condicionado. Todas as solicitações eram atendidas prontamente pelo George Romero. Para receber uma nota excelente faltou apenas o aquecedor e uma garrafa térmica.

O apartamento é confortável: boa cama, bem ventilado, cozinha completa com fogão micro-ondas e geladeira. O pessoal do atendimento é muito atencioso, agradeço ao Juan Pablo pela atenção. A localização do apartamento é excelente ao lado do metrô, com vários restaurantes próximos, casa de câmbio, mercados, etc. Internet no quarto muito boa. Excelente apartamento.

Loved this place. It's in the perfect part of town, and the spacious and clean room was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a suite to come back to, rather than just a standard hotel room. And we got just that! It was really clean, updated and comfortable. The view from the room's balcony was incredible and great for finishing off the night with a glass of wine. Wifi service was excellent, and the amenities were in good shape. Highly recommend!

Stayed this apartment for 2 weeks. The location is very next to Subway Manuel Montt Station. Thus very convenient when go to everywhere in Santiago. The room was very clean and could relax, also it was very appreciated for me to keep cleaning almost every day. This is needed to check in at the other side building by the providencia avenue( just across the avenue in front of this residence) but the apartment crew is very friendly and very kind. Thanks to them I really could enjoyed staying at the heart of Santiago. The building itself may old though but the apartment are very well equipped and organized. It couldn't be better! I will stay this place in next time, too:-)

Instalações boas, localização maravilhosa, apart tem tudo que necessitamos. Só uma aviso, o check-in deve ser feito no escritório que fica uns 50m em outro prédio, então reserve tempo pra fazer isso logo em sua chegada, o processo é bem rápido. O metrô fica a 30m da saída do prédio; tudo muito próximo (cafés, farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes, sorveterias); fizemos o trajeto do Costanera Center ao apart, à pé, por volta das 21h..... locais com muita gente andando, sensação total de segurança (pra quem não tem disposição de andar 1.700m o metrô deixa na porta). Metrô, uber e táxis funcionam muito bem....

A hospedagem foi excelente! Muito bem localizada com todas as facilidades próximas. Prédio moderno e serviço de concierge amável. Apenas o serviço de limpeza do quarto deixou imposições a desejar mas nada que não pode ser contornado. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza!

Clean, comfortable, modern apartment complex. Surrouneed by shops and restaurants and bars. Subway only 50 metres away yet cant hear it. Office staff very friendly and understand English. Special thankyou to Victor for helping us more than once. NEED A PLACE TO STAY THEN LOOK NO FURTHER.
