Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari Bejing-Lu dan juga Bejing- Lu. Staff nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati. Saya memesan 2 kamar dan diberikan 3 kamar. Kamar yang saya pesan berukuran luas dan kondisinya bersih. Fasilitas yang tersedia juga sangat memadai, seperti sofa bed yang besar dan kebersihannya terjaga. Ini merupakan kunjungan kami yang ke-3, dan selanjutnya jika ke Guangzhou, saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

This apartment is highly recommended! Its a fantastic value. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and roomy. It has a washing machine and a refrigerator. We stayed in a 110 m 2 apartment with three bedrooms and eight people. There are two bathrooms and toilets as well. The location is excellent, its very near to the bustling area of beijing avenue! There are numerous stores and eateries nearby. The staff is excellent and welcoming. The elevator can be crowded, and waiting times can be quite long, the worst weve ever experienced was around ten minutes.

The room i stayed in was spacious and equipped with useful amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, powder, microwave, and hair dryer. The location is convenient, and the staff were responsive. The cleanliness is average. Note that the room is split into two levels and has a narrow stairwell, so it may not be suitable for people with special needs. The walls are a bit thin, so its a good idea if you have night owls as neighbors. My main gripe is the residents cigarette smoke in the hallways, elevator, and lobby. And because the plaza is also residential, the hotel staff have no authority to do anything about it. This is a systemic issue.

The apartment is in an old building called kam Rueng plaza, which is connected to hengrun plaza as a short cut to the popular Beijing road. Being an old building, be open minded, do not expect 5star super cleanliness when you arrive at the ground floor lift lobby. Checkin requires taking the slow lift to the 6th floor. The reception is a converted unit, and the name may differ from the original, but it is managed by the same people. To check your reservation and your passport, you must provide your booking id. Mostly chinese. Little or no english. No deposit is required. The apartment is very clean, with a washing machine, fridge, cooker, tv with only china channels, wifi, and a hair dryer. Nice view from the 15thfloor duplex suite. Key card for entry to the room. No lift security card required to access any floor as building tenants are mixed longterm or shortterm residents, businesses, and offices. The famous Lucky restaurant is minutes away, and inside hengrun plaza, it is easy to get to the nearest dim sum. Once you get to the floor by lift to the restaurant, you are astonished by a completely different atmosphere, very clean and bright. Perfect for taking photos. Convenient location, and the metro is about a 10minute walk away.

The lobby was on level 15, however the rooms were lovely. The facilities were also excellent. I requested extra blankets and pillows, and it worked in a matter of minutes. The hotel was close to the shopping center on Beijing Lu Road, which was excellent. Taxis were right outside the hotel, and you can negotiate the price depending on where you want to go. The hotel was connected to a shopping mall. On the ground floor, Seven eleven is available.

Lokasi Apartemen ini agak sulit ditemukan karena tidak ada petunjuk yang jelas dan juga letak lobinya juga di belakang. Unitnya cukup nyaman dengan peralatan standar seperti mesin cuci, microwave dan pantry. Wifi bagus. Ruang tidurnya cukup unik yang berada di lantai atas tetapi kalau manusianya tinggi bisa mentok kepala dengan tembok atas karena plafonnya rendah. Lokasi dekat dengan perbelanjaan tetapi agak jauh dari subway. Di belakang lokasi banyak tempat makan juga. Jika Anda tahu lokasi apartemen tersebut dapat kembali ke kunjungan berikutnya.
