Our Kia Orana villa was superb. Right from when we booked, the communication with Sane was superb, and that quality was reflected in the villa itself which was very well appointed and met every superlative said about it. If we go back to Raro, we will be looking to stay there again

For five nights I enjoyed my well appointed suite, which had facilities for laundry, cooking, outdoor bbq, and patio. The outdoor patio had covered areas which were great during the occasional rains. There was an inside shower and an outdoor soaking tub. Many sliding doors with screens allowed cross ventilation, and it all could be closed at night for cooling with the mini split. The outdoor pool area also had two smaller hot tubs. Though there was a breakfast area in the common area, breakfast was by prearrangement, and I did not take advantage of that. Spa services were available, and a bicycle was also available for hire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the villas are not on the main island tourist bus route, it is about a 1km walk to one of the main intersections. The Saturday market is about a 24 minute walk. To trader jacks, 27 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Sane was incredibly professional, accommodating, and always available 24/7 to assist with any requests or questions. For anyone planning a holiday in Rarotonga, I highly recommend Kia Orana Villas. The location is very convenient, being close to town. The villas are well-equipped with everything you might need, including cooking facilities, a BBQ, and a washer/dryer. This not only ensures a comfortable stay but also helps manage expenses during your trip. A big thank you to Sane and the team for making my stay so enjoyable. Meitaki Maata!

Beautiful property surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Large spacious villas with everything we needed, the most comfortable resort/motel bed I have ever slept in, super quiet away from the hustle & bustle of the busy main areas, but close enough to the main township of Avarua, within easy walking distance to bus stop & amenities. Friendly staff, nothing was an issue. We loved our stay here & will definitely return when visiting Rarotonga again!

Here for a week with my 2 daughters and grandson, we had a 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and well presented both inside and out, well equiped kitchen ( if you wanted to cook) Amazinglycomfortable beds and the pool was directly outside our villa. Sane was very helpful and organised our car hire for us. Our first visit to Rarotonga and hopefully not the last, a truly unspoilt beautiful place. Patricia (UK)

If you don't mind the walking out to the main road in the heat, then this is the place for you. It's like a villa/apt of your own. We got a honeymoon villa that is more than 400 square feet and that includes, a bathroom, a simple kitchen area, dining, sitting, and bed.

I loved that my room had everything i needed for example washing machine/dryer, basically a full kitchen & everything that you need, table/chairs, outdoor area it's like a mini home. I was a little scared to take a shower at night but i got use to it. Sane (manager) was very lovely making sure i was alright etc the other staff gave me a mango on my way out (thankful because i love them). I will be recommending this spot to anyone who's looking for accomm in Raro.
