La propiedad pequeña pero muy bonita, con mucho contacto con la naturaleza. El personal siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, David en la recepción fue de mucha ayuda siempre que lo necesitamos, Gerardo en el restaurante también fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno incluido muy bien servido y de buena calidad. En la habitación todo en orden y funcionando correctamente, pequeño detalle que el agua de la regadera se calienta por electricidad y constantemente se botaba el breaker. Fuera de eso todo excelente. Volvería a hospedarme ahí con mucho gusto.

Nos quedamos solo una noche por qué viajamos para asistir a una boda. El Hotel es pequeño, con aire de ser acogedor y familiar. Tiene un edificio principal de madera estilo rústico, de apariencia nueva, donde está el lobby y el restaurante. Tiene un área de estacionamiento gratuito, la propiedad en sí es grande, rodeada de bosques y hay que cruzar un lindo puente de madera para llegar a las habitaciones Las habitaciones son cabañas de madera estilo rústico, muy lindas, cuentan con aire acondicionado, también cuenta con buena iluminación y un ventilador de techo (sin embargo no se puede regular en el ventilador) Cuenta con un baño amplio, con regadera con agua caliente La cama es cómoda y para dos persona Cuenta con una pequeña refrigerados para guardar refrescos o agua, no incluye nada ni tampoco snacks. La habitación cuenta con una máquina para realizar cafe gratis. Es una habitación para disfrutar la naturaleza, no cuenta con televisión, si hay buen internet wifi tanto en la habitación y el área común. El único contra que no nos gustó fue el desayuno incluido, donde los ingredientes no era y se cocina con mucha grasas, el jugo de naranja no era natural (era de paquete de preparación instantánea) realmente el desayuno fue el único punto bajo El personal muy amable y atento Si regresaríamos definitivamente , pero no desayunaríamos 😉

Overall had a really excellent stay. Was located 5 mins from the Fortuna water fall and the rope swing. Everyone was really friendly from the receptionist to the servers. Food was very good.

Die Cabinas wirkten sehr neu und waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Bett war bequem und abends konnte man auf der Veranda schön den Tag ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

The cabin close to the river was the best! I loved the shower on the outside. Cabin 12 is the best on the Hotel but that is if you like the sound of the river.

There was an area we weren't allowed to be in that we didn't know was off limits. You should post something there. I had a "cleaning" hook on my door, only to find it on the ground when I got back and my room was not cleaned. Staff was nice.

Our little lodge was so romantic and cozy. Flush with the natural flora. We saw hummingbirds and parrots daily from our balcony. Daily included breakfast was delicious. Convenient to our excursions, shoppings, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property and nice cabins. Very relaxing atmosphere. Free breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it for a jungle experience in your own cabin.

Great location. Short walk into the town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cabins are a decent size and the bathroom is large with a good shower. However, when it rains, and it did, the noise on the metal roof is loud. Breakfast was good.
