The location of the hotel's good. In the heart of Murmansk. But the services were not so good. When checkin in, i have to wait more than 30 minutes to get my turn to check in since there's only 1 staff. Breakfast's good but too crowded in the morning! Room's good especially Apartment Type, so big and comfy.
