This was really expensive for the money. The bathroom in the room was basic. But the staff was so amazing that they made up for it. Despite their limited English proficiency, we were able to get by and were very welcoming. Breakfast was the option we chose, and it was also simple, but the staff was extremely accommodating. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the air conditioning was excellent. Blackout blinds are also provided so that the sun does not wake you up. It was also a good choice in terms of location. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars around in about 10 minutes. We were on the ground floor, so we didn't hear much street noise. Nearly outside the hotel, a bus that came to the festival site halted. This was OK for the few days that were spent at the festival.

We stayed in a family room with my triplet of 4 children. It was really roomy and had a lovely view of the sea. The location is directly on the beach. The cuisine was excellent and varied. The service is superb and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The hotel was immaculate. Gratitude to the animation team for their excellent service, our kids loved them and never stayed there once. Definitely coming back!.

For the second consecutive year, I stayed here for the Bottom Festival. Hotel is a minute from the beach, and the accommodations are immaculately clean and kept to a high standard each day. The town center is only 10 minutes away and a supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away. Much less on bicycles. Breakfast includes delicious bread, cheese, meats, cakes, cereal, toast, and so on. The staff, though, is what sets this hotel apart. They are all helpful and kind, and we hope to see them again next year.

As the female staff seems to have a few rooms that they need to clean and were doing a poor job, cleanliness can be improved. The floors were still covered in hairs and dust, but there was no vacuuming. The refrigerator and mirror weren't cleaned either. It's clear that if they want to be a star hotel, they need to hire more cleaners to clean the rooms. And, there are no fourstar amenities, a good excuse to cut costs everywhere, not just at this hotel. A special thanks to Faruk, the cook, who worked all day and night nonstop to provide us with delicious food.

My favorite place, a pleasant place and I really like this trinidad hotel because it's not too big, has nice staff, a private pool and beach, and is a street with a sea view room and balcony, and the food is amazing with a buffet breakfast and dinner. I will come back again.

First of all, breakfast and lunch were both excellent, we all had a snack, and there was a large selection. They were cordial, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond. The room was fine for us, however, the daily cleaning crew was just as busy, but this didn't pose a major problem. The bar girls were pleasant, but their English was poor or they couldn't speak English at all. The front desk clerks were kind, but they weren't always helpful. We paid for breakfast in advance, two times we left the hotel earlier than breakfast time, and I requested a front desk girl arrange a takeaway breakfast that would be served with ham and cheese. Not at all possible. A table with sweet cakes and only coffee was provided to us. We would prefer to travel to Valentine's Day by train. Our initial idea was to leave Castillo. The front desk instructs us to take a taxi and get off the Benicasim railway station. Because we were five people, I requested them to reserve a taxi or taxi. There was a delay when only one taxi arrived in the morning. Additionally, the guy would only pick up four persons. After that, we drove to the bus stop and headed to Castellan railway station. The hotel is in a lovely location, only a short stroll from the beach and promenade. And then, the staff and receptionist are very accommodating and friendly. After that, the cleanliness of the room was good, I even managed to get a hairdryer from the front desk, on the other hand, the beach area was so spectacular with so many good restaurants and bars, plus the central location and hotel, plus it's close to promenade, the beach, and the city center, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel staff.

As a starting point for the Benicassim festival, my friend and I stayed at this hotel for six nights. The hotel was in a wonderful position, 25 minutes walk from the festival and 20 minutes walk from the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel and its rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, light and airy, and very modern. The rooms are equipped with a lot of wardrobe space. The showers are nice and have plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was wonderful! The only downsides of the hotel were no pool, no fridge or safe in the room, and every time we shower, the bathroom is flooded! Although we were aware of the pool and fridge situation, we paid over 500 euros for 6 nights, which is probably due to the time of year and festival. Definitely advised, though not a great holiday lodging if you prefer a pool. Also, I highly recommend visiting the caesar behind the hotel, la sombre, they serve a fantastic breakfast and will accommodate specific requests, such as scrambled eggs on toast, and they are excellent value for the money. The staff is very friendly, especially Alfredo, a lovely guy!.

Starting in July 2019, my wife and I spent a week at the tramontano. Because I and I were considerably less expensive than the hotel where we usually stay, we made a savings of about 900. There were no complaints about the room and balcony, which offered a magnificent view of Vesuvias and the Bay of Naples. The cleanliness standards were excellent, and the hotel itself was everything you might expect from a 300-year-old building that was filled with class and history. A great swimming area as well. Our only drawback was the beach. We paid 27 euros per day for two sunbeds and one umbrella while we were there, which might have been acceptable had the beach provided a positive customer experience. Sadly not. On a hot day, sun beds were crammed in like a blackpool, with blatant beach guards telling you where to sit and where to sit. Brits weren't permitted to sit on the actual beach, which appeared to be reserved for italian families. We were led to beds on the deck, but by midday, the sun had moved and it was impossible to move the umbrella because there wasn't enough space. The hotels guidebook mentions the availability of the beach as "free access". Quite naughty, I believe. You can swim and walk on the beach and decking for free. But who would not want a sun

Located in the center of bend town center. The beach and the festival are both a 20 minute walk away. There are several bars and restaurants close to the hotel. The AC is excellent and the rooms are cleaned every day. The only problem was the shower flooding that happened occasionally but wasn't too much of a problem.

As we arrived at the hotel, we were promptly given our room, although we were about an hour early than check-in time, which was beneficial. Ikea-esque decor and furnishings are included in the room--the room consists of a rail and an ikea storage hanger, not a wardrobe. Although it is not a major problem, the bathroom and sink are both small. The shower tray is also quite tiny, only has a curtain, causing the floor to soak while being shower--and the aircorn manages to blow the curtain against you, making the curtain stick to you when washing. The aircorn, which is excellent, keeps the room cozy and comfortable. We anticipated some noise because we were staying during the festival, but it was terrible, with church bells chiming all day, music playing karaoke in a bar next door, and people shouting both inside and outside the hotel. Although breakfast is included, I think the hotel also stated that it is included, there was no sign of anything else except an ikea jar of cornflakes every morning before we left. Overall, the hotel's location was great for the festival, but it wasn't worth half the price for a five-night stay. I won't be returning to the hotel.

As I came back to England, I had to review this hotel. This past week, we stayed here, and for the price we paid, it was a real gem. Unquestionably a four-star hotel. for ana or carmen, nothing too much trouble. Thanks once more, chicas, and your staff, they are wonderful. We stayed here last week, and for the amount we paid, it was an incredible gem. We were able to meet everything we required, and again, much appreciation to Chicas. You made our stay easier thanks to you both! We had to pay for our Spanish family to eat with us two times because of the incredible breakfast buffet provided. When we asked for my nephew, the restaurant staff was simply fantastic, and Santa, Joe, and Novella among other staff went above and beyond. Aftero was fantastic. He made sure we could see the Aj battle because we were so giggling so much! Quiz, aquagym, pilates, and generally, a terrific man, and the bartenders we fell in love with. My long review, but I'm pleased we found this little gem and cannot wait to go back. Congratulations, gents. Take care and see you in the following year.

This is the best place I have been to. It was well positioned for the beach as well. Our booking for this hotel was for the bottom festival. It's not fancy, but the place was clean and the staff was helpful. Continental breakfast is available, but it's enough to keep you going.

The hotel is in a perfect location, and there is free gated parking. The staff was kind, and helpful. They also allow me to order late check-outs for a small fee. They also give good room rates at a discounted price at the beach.
