What a lovely quant stay. The host was so sweet and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it’s not a long walk from the walls so you’re in a good spot away from too many tourists. It was like staying at a family members home (:

Host was very accommodating and friendly. Allowed us early arrival. Property is easy walk downhill to both sides of city. Up hill back but no problem if fit. Clean and comfortable.

Nice place fairly close to Dubrovnik old town (10min walk down). Close to trail going to top of the mountain. The apartment was shared, but had private bathroom and balcony. The host was friendly.

The host Dubravka is a wonderful hostess, she is very caring and helpful as is her adorable young daughter. We try to stay in this apartment every time we visit Dubrovnik. The threebedroom apartment that we like to stay in is very well decorated inside and the outside area has a garden area and gazebo. It's just a short walk to the old town, although it is a bit uphill on the way back, good exercise too.

This is our second time staying at Villa Falcon. We will not be staying anywhere else in Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the place is in a great location, the owner named Dubravka is very careful and cares about every detail. Do not look elsewhere. We won't stay here again.

Beautiful garden where my kids enjoyed themselves in the morning. Huge rooms and well equipped kitchen. All well decorated in classic home style. I wish I owned such a fantastic villa in Dubrovnik too!.

The apartment was really comfortable, with a nice size and has everything you need. The location is great and you could easily walk to the old city. The owner was very helpful and considerate of all of our needs.

This time we stayed at villa falcon. The place was amazing and the host, Dubravka, was very warm and hospitable. The location is good, and near the town, this place offers a fantastic opportunity to experience Dubrovnik.
