• Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the apartment
• The agency Novalja Turist or the owner is not responsible for guest's private property or valuables
• Smoking is permitted only in communal, designated areas of the apartment, and not in the bed rooms. Smoking in the apartment may be allowed with the consent of the owner. Take the dangers of fire into consideration!
• We ask that you behave responsibly, and that you responsibly use the apartment's inventory as well. The guest or tenant is responsible for all damages resulting from the use of the apartment
• Personal visits are not allowed without the consent of the owner
• It is forbidden to bring animals into the unit except by consent of the reception, or by consent of the owner
• The house rules are an integral part of the lease.
• Have a pleasant stay!
• Only guests (tenants) who have been properly registered at the reception desk, or with the owner, and who have accepted the house rules may have accommodation in our apartments
• On the day of departure from the unit, please vacate the apartment by 10 am
• When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and lock the front door. Unplug all electrical devices, including the air conditioner. You are especially obligated to shut off the water.
• It is forbidden to take the apartment's towels, blankets, and other items of the apartment
• It is strictly forbidden to disturb the peace, or to cause any noise during the period between 22h-08h
• Immediately prior to vacating the apartment, the guest is obligated to show the apartment to the owner, or to the reception of Novalja Turist for inspection
• It is forbidden to destroy the inventory of an apartment, to fight, to cause any disorder, or to disturb the peace that is being enjoyed by other guests who respectfully use the accommodations
• On the day of arrival into the unit, accommodation is available from 3 pm
• Keys must be returned at the end of the lease
• During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily
• Guests are obliged to keep the apartment orderly during the lease. At the end of the lease, guests are obliged to return the apartment in the order in which it was found
• In the event of any accident, you must bear your own consequences
The guest is required to leave a deposit of 100 € upon arrival to the agency or the owner as insurance. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, or the deposit will be partially refunded due to deductions out of damages
