The Pearl was a pearl. Located near a side entrance to the park we were able to walk in without having to drive. The property was lovely and the breakfast was hearty. The hosts were very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Villa Pearl of Plitvice. The rooms are large and airy and perfect for relaxing after a day in the park. The location is unbeatable. It’s an easy 5‑minute walk to Entrance 3, which made getting into Plitvice Lakes simple and stress‑free. This is definitely the way to do the lakes as entrances 1 & 2 were very congested. The park is pretty empty after 4PM so I would recommend getting a 2 day ticket starting on the day of check-in (Entrance 1 & 2 tickets are accepted at Entrance 3 and times not enforced) with going straight to the Great Waterfall and walking route "A." We started Day 2 after breakfast and completed "K" minus the section from the previous day. There are also two good restaurants just a short walk away, so dinner options were convenient and delicious. The breakfast was a standout. The buffet offered plenty of variety, and the cook‑to‑order eggs and home‑baked sweet bread were especially memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Plitvice Lakes and would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the Pearl of Plitvice is excellent - just a short 10 minute walk to entrance 3, the boat dock at P3 and the boardwalk to the great waterfalls. The property itself is immaculate - the self check is convenient, the hosts are readily available for any questions on WhatsApp and the rooms are very neatly kept and have all the typical hotel amenities. The shower has excellent hot water. The breakfast is served at 7.45am which allows starting the day early, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The hosts are very accommodating and pleasant. We had a great time and we highly recommend this place for enjoying the park!

Walking steps to the NP! Beautiful Villa, updated in everyway, friendly check in, spacious room, very comfortable beds & linens, excellent shower, hairdryer, & little extras like chocolates & cookies in the room. Parking is free on property. Charming outside gardens. 5 stars!!!

Overall the property is really nice in a quiet area of the park. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was well prepared. The check in process was confusing though since the booking instructions said check in details will be sent 72hrs before check in and then register online is required. However, after not receiving any instructions even on the day of arrival, I called the number provided and the person on the phone just sounded annoyed and said to just show up. Another surprise was the additional charge of 20 Euros to use the hot tub and sauna

O atendimento é excelente, com destaque para a Camila e o Brian, que foram muito prestativos e solícitos. A localização também é fantástica, num ótimo bairro. Contudo, o hotel precisa de melhorias, pois é bem diferente das fotos. A área externa carece de manutenção, o frigobar do quarto é bastante barulhento e o chuveiro molha o banheiro inteiro. O café da manhã decepcionou pela máquina de café solúvel ruim e com poucas opções. O que mais surpreendeu foi a política de cobrar por tudo: chegamos uma hora antes do check-in e, mesmo com o quarto pronto, queriam cobrar 10 euros por pessoa para nos deixar entrar. Recusamos e esperamos. Pelo mundo e na Croácia, o acesso a quartos prontos costuma ser gratuito. Além disso, comodidades como hidro e sauna são pagas. O hotel tem potencial pela equipe e localização, mas as taxas rígidas e a falta de conservação tiram o valor da experiência, existindo opções melhores no mesmo bairro.

Great location for entering the park at the secret entry three. The reservation system for the jacuzzi and sauna needs to change. Like the night of my stay a single unit booked both the tub and sauna from 8 to 10pm. Really??? You're going to be in both locations at the same time for 2 hours!?! The reservation system should be a half hour max with nooverlapping times between the tub and sauna. Allow units to book the two back to back (tub then sauna), but stop allowing one guest to book both and monopolize your facilities.
