Isäntä oli erittäin avulias, ja majoitus sujui erinomaisesti! Kommunikointi oli sujuvaa whatsappilla englanniksi. Saapuessamme hän esitteli meille Splitin kartasta kaupunkia, ja antoi hyviä ravintola- ja retkivinkkejä. Huoneisto sijaitsi korkealla rinteessä, maisemia näkyi talojen välistä sekä vuorille että satamaan. Muuten näkymät olivat sisäpihalle ja kadulle. Huoneisto oli siisti ja hiljainen, sänky ihan kelvollinen ja tyynytkin ok. Saan herkästi niska- ja selkäkipuja huonosta sängystä ja tyynystä, mutta nyt ei ollut mitään ongelmaa. Huoneistossa oli ilmastointi, joka toimi hyvin. Viihdyimme hyvin, ja vajaan viikon lomamme sujui hienosti osin kivan majoituksen ansiosta! Kiitos!

Our room was clean and seemed new. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful highlighting local sites. He also allowed us an extra hour to depart on the last day. We enjoyed the old town, especially Diocletian’s Pslace, but be prepared for large crowds, especially if a cruise ship is in town. Exploring The palace sub-structure monument was also fascinating.We took a bus/Uber to visit the Roman ruins of Salona and Klis Fortress, amazing,

Ivan was brilliant! The minuet we booked he contacted me asking about an airport pick up and arranged it on the spot, his friend picked us up with no issues and also provided places and tips for the local area. We arrived at the guest house around 25 minuets later and Ivan was there waiting for us. He helped us with our bags and led us personally to the house, he then sat us down in the courtyard and gave us an abundance of information, spots, tips and tricks for making the trip affordable and fun. He showed us a map of the city and made everything clear and concise! The room was perfect for 2 people and had a nice view.

Loved this quiet private property , had everything we needed for our stay , just a ten minute walk down to the harbour and sea front . Ivan was so helpful and gave good local advice where to visit local restaurants etc

We loved our stay here. Ivan was very helpful, advising on places to go and finding things out for us. The location was great - close to everything, but just away from the busy streets. So it was peaceful and we slept well (comfy bed, too!). We'd happily stay here again.

The guest house is close to the town centre, Marjan Park and some nice local restaurants. The apartment is ground floor and is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The bath towels are the largest I have ever seen.Ivan is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very spacious room, immaculate clean, Ivan and his mom were great hosts, he shared with me some verygood tips and checked on me later to make sure I was ok and happy. Excellent location, 4 min from the promenade and most tours meeting points. Fully recommend this little charming hotel

The apartment was cozy yet spacious, with a beautiful small courtyard full of friendly cats and flowers. It felt like a real French home. Ivan was very helpful, giving us maps and telling us about hidden beaches and the best restaurants to eat. He also said he could arrange any tours we needed otherwise he pointed us in the appropriate direction to see the sights for himself. Ivan is incredible! A friend and I stayed with ivan for 6 nights in July 2016. As long as I knew, I got in touch with ivan, and he sent them out to Australia for me. What more could you want from a host? 100 recommended Thank you, ivan.

I only spent one night but would definitely return, my room was excellent, with a really large double bed, a tiny living room, and a wonderful bathroom. Ivan texted me two days before to confirm the reservation, and the same gave me a lot of helpful tips even before I arrived. The City Map, when I arrived, highlighted all the major parts of the city, helped me to get some bearings, Split is not difficult to navigate thou, but it was a lovely touch! As I was trying to move along the last couple of stairs, his lovely mother assisted me with my luggage. She was amazing, I was unproductive. Ha! It was a fantastic value for money, 4 minutes from the promenade, and an excellent location to explore and take all tour activities relating to Split. I wholeheartedly endorse this modest, charming hotel.

We found the apartment to be comfortable although it is in a neighbourhood with some noise construction, cars, etc. The apartment itself looked like a small child's room stickers and decals on the wall. Ivan was great he gave us a map and pointed out some areas of interest he loaned us beach towels and organized airport transportation.

Ivan, the owner, informed us that it was and that she could reserve it as soon as we made a reservation. We booked a place upstairs that was excellent and comfortable for us because we were out all day and on the eve. We received a kettle and cups, and the room had a tiny refrigerator. If you need to travel to the airport, Ivan was a very kind, helpful, and informative host.

The location is good, close to the bus stop and ferry port. The host is very friendly and explains everything about the area. He also recommend some restaurants. The room condition is clean and exactly as expected. It is a good value for the money
