We have standard house rules generally applicable in every respectable household.

We want to ensure you will have a pleasant stay, so please contact directly the villa manager Tatjana for any further information you require.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance of your choice at the time of booking your trip.

We organise airport transfers upon request for our guests at preferential rates with trusted and licenced local taxi companies. Lady drivers available upon request. Children's and baby car sits also available upon request. Please contact Tatjana for details.

Upon arrival, the host ill require your personal documents - adequate photo identification such as passport of national/international ID card to verify your identity and to register your stay at the tax office. This is local government requirement and the cost of this tax is included in your agoda payment.

Your personal documents will be returned to you bay the host as soon as they register you or latest within 24 hours after check-in.

Upon request host will provide baby cots and high chairs for feeding babies and toddlers.

We also require a refundable €100 security cash deposit upon arrival for any unforeseen expenses. Our host will refund you this deposit on departure after inspecting the villa and determining there are no breakages or damages to the property during your stay.

During your stay host will provide all necessary information and help.
