The property is great however the aAC in the rooms is not needs to be set to 20. The hot water runs out, and there is no dishwasher. The property is great and has 2 rooms and a room and a small extra room with a bunk bed. As a recommendation to the owner I would say to leave basic condiments in the kitchen ex: salt pepper and olive oil it would make the experience a lot better.

Great experience, only suggestion is to have a washer and dryer for extended stays. Coffee maker was not functioning .. would definitely come back.

The listing is misleading, you have to drive to the beach and in order to get there you have to either rent a golf cart for your entire stay or rent a car. We rented a car because we wanted to get around to supermarkets shopping etc. there was no direction or suggestions for what to do there we had to figure it out ourselves ( not a problem but if you are selling yourself as a vacation you should at least have some suggestions). The communication was awful they offered our first gallon of drinking water but there was none. Don’t flush your toilet paper and be prepared to pay for the electricity you use depending on how many rooms you need. All of these little things add up and if you are not prepared it will take you aback. Also they said I didn’t complete check in despite my reaching out multiple times on the first day ( per their instructions, and them giving a temporary code to the unit) and they didn’t get back to me with the link to do so hence we were locked out for a whole night and had to sleep in our car until we got ahold of someone ( finally) . All in all the unit is pretty but not a practical place to stay for a worry free vacation. Do an all inclusive instead

Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time, apartment smells like someone fried fish in there, no hot water until I asked and oh there is a button to turn it on. You get 4 towels for 1 whole week for 4 people. The pool is significantly smaller than advertised. Renting a car is a must. No coffee, restaurants walking distance or close. Be ready to be awakened by drills and hammers as construction continues. If you arrive late their are no signs to get in the driveway. Hard to find the condo even when you do get there. When you leave you need the key fob for gate to open, you drive out, then you have to leave the car and go drop key fob back in room. Makes zero sense.
